The service we received from Carl, Ross and the rest of the team throughout the sale of our property has been exceptional. We have dealt with a few estate agents both in the past and where we have been looking to buy, but none stand up to be as great as these guys. The property we have gone on to buy is unfortunately not through haart but I’ve had more updates from haart about the house we’re buying than I have from the estate agents that are supposedly managing it; customer experience is definitely at the ‘haart’ of what they do.

From the moment that my husband and I met Ed East on a viewing, we were put at ease.We found Ed extremely polite and a real genuine person. He was informative, respectful, not pushy and the most important thing, he listened! Hence to say, he knew exactly what our requirements were on looking for a property. I would never use haart again they did not sell my house, I changed estate agents which they were fine about then 2 years later they've said I was in breach of contract and they want 3% commission, after a lengthly battle I have to pay them £6000 with solicitors on top. So unfair considering I already paid commission to an estate agent. I could go to court but am too nervous. So thought I'd settle out. So not happy with haart.

They offer a service other agents haven't in the past. They called regularly with updates, had a consistent flow of viewings and ensured a smooth sale.
