Not Your Average Agent Lisa was absolutely what we needed to get our house sold. From the very beginning she was working hard for us and didn't stop until she'd secured the best price for our property, because she understood what we needed. Her knowledge is so broad and not only covered what we needed as vendors, she was even there to help us when making an offer on the property we wanted to buy, and gave us advice that only comes from many years experience. Her no nonsense attitude cut through the usual superfluous estate agent 'blurb' making things easy to understand. Being able to attend to everything we needed with the sale and then handing us to Jake for the sale progression means she takes care of what's important - getting your house sold and getting you what you need.

I viewed a property through Haart Thorpe Bay and was shown around by a lovely lady called Lisa Neatherway. I didn't actually offer on the property but Lisa was intent on finding me something I did love so she took my full details for what I was looking for. She was so helpful in the process of my purchase, recommending me to other Haart Estate agents to ensure they were sending me over anything that fit my requirements as soon as it went on, to give me the best chance of finding the right place. The property I bought (unfortunately not through Haart!), I actually cheekily asked Lisa for her opinion on before I put my offer in - not expecting any response... To my surprise, Lisa did some research and talked to me on the phone for about half an hour about the property and helped me understand everything I needed to know, before I put in a bid that was accepted straight away. Luckily I bought in the area so I know next time I sell, I can make sure Lisa is our agent :D Thanks so much :)

Gemma has been amazing with me over the past few weeks , always keeping me informed & updated with the purchase of our bungalow. I can not praise her enough . Me and my boyfriend are currently in contact with Jarques Theron, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the time of us trying to find our first home. He has been extremely helpful towards booking viewings for us and helping keep a look out for our home with our specific search criteria. Jarques has always kept in contact with myself and kept me up to date with latest houses coming to the market. What can I say !!!! Steve is the best estate agent I have dealt with ever. He has a lovely manner and really treats you with the upmost respect and care. He’s communication skills are absolutely outstanding. He has worked so hard on my chain keeping me informed even on he’s day off!!!!! I wish all estate agents were like this because when your moving you become so stressed and it’s difficult to understand the chain and what’s happening with it, but Steve has made this so much easier to deal with. He communicates with the whole chain and finds out exactly what going and lets me know straight away. I can’t thank him enough for he’s hard work and the amazing way he deals with he’s clients. I really do hope he’s recognised by the mangers of the company for being a very important member of their team and is rewarded for he’s amazing work he does for Harrt. Perry whom we met at our first viewing was so knowledgeable, relaxed and easy to deal with. He helped us at all aspects of the sale and we could not of asked more. He was easy to contact, Sales progression updates were constant and the manner in which the sale moved forward was pretty smooth. Our house sale appeared to be stalling and it looked like it might not happen at all due to difficulties for one member of our chain of 5 buyers/sellers. We were not customers of Haart, having sold through another agent, but I got a call from Michelle of Haart in Thorpe Bay to let me know that if we were agreeable we could exchange contracts on the coming Friday with completion one week later; good news given the time our sale had taken since offer. Unfortunately before the proposed exchange date we received another call from Michelle to let us know that whilst exchange could go ahead, another in the chain (not Haart’s customer) was pushing the completion date out by nearly 3 weeks. Reluctantly we had to agree, however, due to further problems with the same person, exchange did not happen on the Friday or the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday but on the Thursday. Completion date, however, remained unchanged. I would like to thank Michelle for coordinating activity with all others in the chain and working hard to make it happen.

Michelle Mason at Haart Thorpe Bay is exactly what you need in an Estate Agent - she is a great negotiator but she doesn't stop there. She goes above and beyond to get matters through to exchange with chasing, visits and calls. She's always easy to get a hold of either via email or phone and she is so happy and friendly that she fills you will confidence that she will do all she can to get the matter through. Natalie Leeman - the mortgage broker - is also a treasure to work with, always easily connectable and will assist with lenders going above and beyond. Between her and Michelle clients are taken care of and updated throughout transactions. I have full confidence in both their abilities and work.

My experience with Haart was a very good one and I fully appreciate the work and commitment they put in to assist me to sell my house. Perry Rose and his team from Thorpe Bay were always helpful and informative and although I had issues with my buyers and the chain, they always kept looking for other potential buyers in the event of the chain breaking. I have Brought and now currently selling through Haart estate agents in Thorpe Bay and I couldn't be more happy with their service and professionalism! Selling or buying a place of your own can be alittle daunting but I have to admit I live for updates from Michelle. She's been like a mother hen and helped me out with every step of the way. Its been so refreshing to have a estate agent who genuinely wants the best for you. She has gone the extra mile and invested her time with my personal life and was a shoulder to cry own (went through a messy break-up) I CANNOT thank her and her team for being so supportive! I can’t fault Haart in the handling of my purchase. In particular Michelle, the branch manager who went above and beyond in assisting with delays and issues between solicitors. Michelle kept me updated right throughout the process and would always be happy to answer any questions I had. Michelle also took a genuine care and interest into my situation and kept doing all she could to move the process along as quickly as possible. I am selling my mother’s house on her behalf. This involves managing a sale at distance as I live in Preston, Lancashire. The service from Haart in Thorpe Bay has been impeccable to date. We are sold subject to contract within 2 weeks of putting mum’s house on the market! Ross Rawlings, Carl Alderson, Michelle Mason and Lewis Kirk have all been incredibly helpful. They are without fail friendly, professional and helpful and really do make you feel as if no question is too silly or hopeless. Haart are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The whole team are very friendly and efficient. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, down to earth, to the point and honest.
