GoogleOn a visit to Southend I popped into the Thorpe bay branch not knowing the area well and spoke to a young lady called Charlie she was very informative and helped us to know where certain places were and showed us on the map. If we are to buy in the area we will definitely come back to Thorpe Bay haart.

GoogleVery proactive and professional service. Local team in Thorpe Bay Southend really know their market. Realistic expectations were given on the likely value with no attempt to "price high" as a way of persuading you to sign up with them, which is not always the case. Stayed involved throughout the process and pressed all parties to achieve as prompt a completion as possible.

GoogleA highly friendly and supportive reception is the striking attribute of the haart when you first walk into the office in Thorp Bay. We had the pleasure of working with Edward East who was very courteous and proactive in searching for properties for us and always tried to arrange convenient times for viewings. I cannot recommend haart highly enough!!

GoogleI recently contacted Haart about potentially selling my property. I wasn't sure what to do or where is best to go. Ross came round and spent a long time looking at everything and explaining in detail everything that Haart can offer to me. He was very professional and obviously loves his job which is shown through his passion.

We were selling our UK home from over 9000 miles away were expecting and long and tedious sale, however to our surprise it completed in 5 weeks!!!! Highly recommended.*****

GoogleIf you are thinking of buying or selling in Thorpe Bay, I would recommend you to go to Haart's first. Everyone I dealt with there was very helpful and their communication was, as promised, first class. More importantly they took the strain of selling off my shoulders which I really appreciated.
