GoogleThroughout my purchasing process everyone at Bear estate agents was excellent, start to finish. More specifically Tilly was especially a star throughout. There was various speed bumps I encountered and Tilly was able to help deal with, speed up or overcome said hurdles. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by everyone involved. Would certainly recommend to anyone going forward!

If every estate agents had a Helen working from them (and let’s get one in all of the solicitors whilst we’re at it) then the world of moving would be a much simpler process. We would highly recommend Bear Estate Estate Agents (Hockley) to use for selling your property as you won't be disappointed. Scott and Ellis were immensely helpful and professional and screened all potential viewers to the property. We cannot praise Zoe (Sales Progression) highly enough. She was always at the end of a phone or email informing us of any updates and her sense of humour made the whole moving process a little less stressful. Thank you Bear!

GoogleI recently completed the sale of my property in Leigh through Bear , everyone I dealt with was professional, with an eye for detail and the goal of achieving a sale. The stand out person in the team , for me, was Megan . This girl is amazing ! At one point she was coordinating at least 4 solicitors, estate agents , and various buyers and sellers in a chain of 5 properties. I honestly don’t know if it would have all gone through without her determination to get the job done . Thank you Megan . You are a star!

GoogleWe recently purchased our home through Bear and we cannot recommend them enough, in particular Megan who was on hand from start to finish. Megan went above and beyond with the seemingly simple questions as well as the "official" ones which made no sense and just required simplifying. Nothing was too much for Megan and would call both my wife and I with updates or send us both emails, at no point did we feel like we were left in the dark and we felt like Megan was always putting us first when she no doubt had other clients to support as well! Megan we can't thank you enough for making what is known as a stressful situation, so much easier. You are a superstar!

GoogleI've had some experience with Estate Agents in the past (as I'm sure you have) and Bear stands out, by far, as the best that I've worked with. They proactively kept me in the loop throughout the process, and were a great help in unblocking some of the aspects of the sale. Big shout out to Megan who has been amazing throughout. GoogleHuge Thanks to Bear! A year later and we’ve finally done it, we have exchanged! One of the longest house-buying processes ever, but Bear were great throughout. We started with other agents, but Bear got us under offer within a month. From there, it was a tough road, but they never gave up. Massive thanks to Megan, her dedication and hard work were the reason we got through. Without her, it might never have happened. Thank you, Megan, and thank you Bear!

From the initial engagement and arranging the photography, through to viewings, offers and then keeping everything moving once the sale was agreed, the whole process was made incredibly easy and hassle-free from our side. Communication was excellent throughout. The team were always on hand when we needed them, quick to respond, friendly, professional and proactive in following things up. Selling a property can easily become stressful, but Bear made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. GoogleWe bought our house through Bear and had a great experience with Megan managing the sale progression. Our solicitor's communication was poor, and we were often kept in the dark. Megan was incredibly helpful, always returning our calls, stepping in to chase updates, and keeping everything moving. I'm sure we wouldn't have moved in on the set date without her intervention. Very grateful!

GoogleThe team in the Leigh-on-Sea office were available 7 days a week, which I found to be very useful when selling our property through them, especially for those that wanted to book viewings on weekends outside of the normal working week, as some estate agents were closed on Sundays, we thought this was certainly a plus using Bear for our sale. There was always a friendly greeting on the phone and relevant team members at all stages of the process responded when feedback was needed which was great. We found Megan to be very proactive with our sales progression, with constant communication back and forth and certainly seemed knowledgeable in her field and especially helpful on the day of our move!
