Natalie & Bradley gave realistic advice on valuation ( which was initially quite hard to hear compared to others) and lead us to completing on our sale 4 months from going on the market . We are now happy in our new home. Throughout they were very prompt to reply to queries & available for support and advice , provided honest feedback from viewings and kept the sale moving by communicating with our buyers. We were really happy with the photos & marketing . Moving house is stressful & having people like Natalie and Bradley on your side made all the difference & we would definitely recommend. Despite prospective purchasers pulling out 4 times, the power couple were able to get new buyers in less than 24hrs each time!! We couldn’t have sold our home without them. GoogleI would highly recommend the team at Flying Fish if you are looking for an "honest and trustworthy" local estate agent who actually cares about the vendor AND the buyer. Despite being a cash buyer, I found most agents were only interested in getting the highest price and would push each sale to sealed bids to create a pricing frenzy, one home going for £100k over asking due to this unethical method of selling homes! Not so with Flying Fish. Bradley really looked after me and persuaded my vendor to take my offer at full asking price and not to be lured into the sealed bids fiasco. It took me 6 months to finally secure my home and this would not have been possible without the excellent customer service from Flying Fish. Thanks guys, I love my new home.
