We bought a house last year with Natalie from Flying Fish. We really appreciated how professional, responsive and transparent she was. Unfortunately at the time we were stuck in a probate scenario - Natalie was prompt at keeping us informed on any developments, and following up on all the edge requests that we had on how to navigate the situation. The whole experience felt “no bs”, which we loved! And there is no doubt in my mind that should we come to sell we would use Flying Fish.

We decided to use Flying Fish Properties to market and sell our home on the recommendation of a friend, and we’re so glad we did. The house was well marketed and both Bradley and Natalie were extremely knowledgeable about the local market/what price would be achievable. Neither of them are your “typical” estate agents. They found us a first time buyer within a week of the house going onto the market and were on hand every step of the way, checking in and helping with paperwork. I contacted Flying Fish about selling a property. They said they would provide information at least by the following day. They didn’t. I called again after a couple of days and they said they would look into it and get back to me but again they never came back to me. When they eventually responded they sent it to an incorrect email address. The response that Flying fish have left in response to my review above is completely untrue. They did not turn down my business. Rather they sent me 2 rather nasty emails. This is absolutely not an estate agent I would trust. I have now signed up with Bracketts who are very professional. I will be contacting Google with reference to the incorrect comments Flying fish have made.

Natalie was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t consider using any other agent. Natalie had our house sold within 10 days of going on the market. The marketing and photos were great, she conducted loads of viewings and always sent an update the moment the viewers left. Her communication was second to none, I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for her to reply to an email and she always answered the phone. We really struggled finding an onward property and Natalie and Bradley gave us loads of advice to help us find a new home from offers to survey findings. Their communication was always straight forward and honest, they are certainly not your average agents. She wasn’t just amazing at getting our home under offer she also pursued progressing the chain wholeheartedly. She used her wealth of legal experience to help us move things along and unblock any barriers to progress.
