When we first approached Flying Fish Properties, we were feeling pretty stuck. Our house had been on the market with another agent for almost 6 months without much progress and we were feeling very fed up and demoralised by the whole process. From the very first phone call with Natalie, she restored our faith and filled us with confidence again. Her and Bradley's straight-talking, honest, personal and proactive approach was a complete breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed. Once we were ready to start again, they took new photos on the Wednesday, put our property live on the Friday and we'd accepted an offer by the Monday! In the following months, Natalie went above and beyond to support us. She was always on the end of the phone to offer advice, handle any issues that arose and generally keep everything moving along smoothly and swiftly. There's no doubt that moving is stressful, but we always felt that Natalie and Bradley had our backs and best interests in mind. Three months later, we are now in our wonderful new home and will be eternally grateful for Flying Fish for their invaluable help in getting us here! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy / sell in the Tunbridge Wells area.

I rarely leave reviews but I was compelled to regarding my EXCEPTIONAL and BRILLIANT service received by Natalie at Flying Fish properties. I had a friend that recommended Natalie to me and, to be honest, I was a little reticent as I was unsure if they could fulfil my brief. Oh how wrong I was. They’re straight talking and knowledgeable ways I respected and I knew if anyone could sell my house swiftly with professionalism and total diligence it was them. And they did! Natalie was constantly “on it”. She was only ever a text or phone call away. When I contacted her chasing something she was ALWAYS one step in front of me and had already actioned it! I genuinely cannot express how incredible Natalie and Bradley both are. They found us our dream home. I cannot recommend FlyingFish highly enough. Ours was a complicated sale (Leasehold property being sold in the midst of a Freehold buyout) during the economic/cost of living crisis, which led to some significant buyer nervousness. Bradley was superb - dynamic, quick to communicate (good and bad news), highly effective at identifying buyers (we needed a couple due to a buyer pulling out of the process). Their superb marketing and extensive knowledge of the local property market made them our first choice when we were looking to sell. We really liked the assurance of knowing that Bradley and Natalie dealt with all the viewings themselves, unlike some of the larger estate agents who employ part-time weekend staff. As we only ever dealt with Bradley and Natalie directly, communication was always clear and straight-forward, which was also a big plus.
