I ended up having quite a complex selling experience, drawn out over a few years, and I'm really glad I chose Flying Fish as my agents. They know the market, offer realistic advise about pricing, and they present the property really well. They initially sold my flat very quickly, and when that fell through (due to compilcations with the lease) Flying Fish managed to sell it for a second time when I came back onto a difficult market during a pandemic. Throughout the process Bradley and Natalie were always available to give good advice, chase up all the loose ends, and generally made a stressful situation run as smoothly as possible. Bradley and Natalie were the estate agents used by the seller of the home we bought just over a month ago. To say there were lots of issues due to the house and the sellers would be an understatement, but Bradley and Natalie helped massively in managing, resolving and pushing things over the line - we wouldn’t have got the house without them! To be honest I haven’t had great experiences with estate agents over the years - untruthful and unreliable - but Natalie and Bradley are different, and perhaps it’s because it’s a family run business. If we ever decide to sell this house we’ll ask them to be our agents without hesitation.

Quite honestly forget everything you know about estate agents when you use Flying Fish Properties. This is an independent agency and to say they go the extra mile is not giving them nearly enough credit. Natalie and Bradley made this entire process as seamless as possible for me and by far exceeded my expectations in terms of sale price and delivery of service. I'm about to complete on my house sale this Friday 14th September. Bradley was asked to come round as one of four potential estate agents and value my property. Being in sales, I sometimes find it difficult when I feel like I'm being over-promised and often experience under-delivering, however Bradley and Natalie were far from this experience. Their genuine and honest approach from the word go meant our expectations were managed very well. Flying fish estate agents are unlike any other agents we have ever used. From start to finish they were an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one they got everything right. They were always available to answer any queries. They gave feedback on our viewings every evening. One of the best things(and there are many!) about Flying Fish is that rather than bigger agencies it was just Natalie or Bradley so you felt like you had a relationship with them, they knew your house and it's selling points and they knew you and when to schedule viewings etc around your schedule. They were always honest in all dealings and that counts for a lot. Our house sold within weeks and it was the least stressful house buying process we have been through.
