Natalie and Bradley at Flying Fish are brilliant at what they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I was involved in quite a complicated chain with a useless estate agency (naming no names) involved at the bottom of the chain and it would all have fallen apart if Natalie hadn’t been there in the middle chasing up and down the chain and leaving the other agents in her wake! You will definitely receive a 5 star service with Flying Fish and they will get you the best price for your property in a difficult market. I’m so pleased I used them versus other agents or online companies.

Flying Fish have been amazing whilst selling our property. Firstly both Natalie and Bradley are both professional but also friendly which is important I think with a good estate agent! No pushy sales techniques and always around to answer any questions, day or night. The photos that were taken to advertise the property were second to none and really were fantastic, I notice this with all their properties! They arranged many viewings of which they did all of them and provided feedback on every single one! Once the property was under offer they dealt with everything, from calling solicitors to speaking with our new purchase agents! They really have gone above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and using them again, and I see word is spreading as I see more and more flying fish for sale signs around the Tunbridge Wells area! 10 out of 10! We recently bought a Grade II listed property in Southborough, which was sold by Flying Fish Properties. Flying Fish is a local and family run independent Estate Agency, and the owners are based in the Southborough area and therefore have excellent knowledge of the immediate area as well as the nearby towns of Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells and surrounding villages. As buyers, we were particularly impressed by Bradley's professionalism, attentiveness, honesty and integrity. Quick to respond to queries and always available, Bradley helped us negotiate as fair and smooth a transaction as possible, and was always on hand to assist with the inevitable bumps in the road during the conveyancing work. He also recommended a local independent expert Surveyor to undertake a full survey of the building, and we found the quality of his work to be excellent. Even before we decided to make an offer, as prospective buyers we found Flying Fish to be superior to other Agents in the area, and we would not hesitate to contact them first if ever we come to sell the property.

Bradley and Natalie truly are a cut above all other estate agents and have completely changed my opinion. They have a refreshing, welcoming, friendly way about them, I quickly established that they are open, honest and I could trust them. From the very beginning they were incredibly efficient, followed up on everything they said they would in agreed time frames. The quality of the photos really showed off the property without the use of camera tricks. Natalie visited the property with the photographer to ensure the property was laid out right. It truly was above and beyond in terms of the service received. The viewings came flooding in, they communicated quickly and efficiently and gave detailed feedback on every viewing we received. At the end of the first week we received a detailed overview of the number of people that had viewed the property on Right Move and Zoopla, who had a detailed look, how may lead to viewings. They changed the main picture regularly to keep the viewing fresh. Within 10 days they had sold the property at asking price. Since the sale of the property they have kept in touched and guided us though every stage. The difference is they care and it shows in the outstanding quality of the work they provide. I could not recommend them highly enough, they are a breath of fresh air to the market place.
