Flying Fish represented the sellers of a house I bought in the Tunbridge Wells areas in the summer of 2022. I really can't fault their approach and attitude throughout the process. On occasion there were bottlenecks in the conveyancing and they were proactive in progressing these to resolution. They operate with the buyer's and seller's interest in mind and respond to email / calls almost immediately. I don't hesitate in recommending their services and will certainly use them in the future as and when I'm looking to sell.

Excellent service from both Bradley, and as she was our estate agent, Natalie. First class from the start to finish, nearly a year later. The initial process was very concise, and especially the presentation of our property was superb, the photos in our opinion the best in the market. And in a difficult market they were on top of everything at all times, guiding and supporting, personal at all times. If there were issues, Natalie had very pertinent information. Always reachable, if not immediately they would call/email back very quickly. If others were not as quick to reply, Natalie would take it upon herself to facilitate, assisting the process, culminating in a successful move for us. I would highly recommend the team at Flying Fish if you are looking for an "honest and trustworthy" local estate agent who actually cares about the vendor AND the buyer. Despite being a cash buyer, I found most agents were only interested in getting the highest price and would push each sale to sealed bids to create a pricing frenzy, one home going for £100k over asking due to this unethical method of selling homes! Not so with Flying Fish. Bradley really looked after me and persuaded my vendor to take my offer at full asking price and not to be lured into the sealed bids fiasco. It took me 6 months to finally secure my home and this would not have been possible without the excellent customer service from Flying Fish. Thanks guys, I love my new home.
