GoogleI have been looked after Vic Morecraft as I was looking for an apartment for rent on two occasions in the past 3 years. She has been absolutely excellent ! An exemplary Senior Lettings Manager !! Very kind, helpful, efficient and respectful of the client, she is the example setting the industry standards, honestly if most Lettings agents were only a bit like she is !! Five stars !

GoogleNo support whatsoever from this agency as a tenant, I have been literally told that "they work for the landlord" and wouldn't care about what's fair at all, all I exist for as a tenant is to pay and have only duties, no rights. Much, much time wasted in trying to communicate as every time I called I talked to a different person, which was never up to speed. New people kept then popping up as the new reference person for a specific part of our contract, who again didn't have a clue of what was going on, same as talking to a wall with a procedure printed on. Their job would be carried off far, far better by a computer.

The process is transparent through their excellent platform. They make use of the new technology appropriately, so that even signing documents also could be done digitally. GoogleAlthough the process from offer accepted to exchange was a good 7 months, Samantha, Max and Charlie have been so supportive. This was especially evident in the past 3 months, where external agencies needed chasing! Thank you so much for you help and support. A great team to work with.

GoogleYour Move lettings-Southampton. Having used them for many years to manage several properties, recent experience has been poor, no customer loyalty, pure greed. Future landlords beware of small print. Recently had some significant work done to one of my properties, as a managed property paying a monthly fee, felt it was easier for all to use their contractors even though heavy on quote, which did rise by completion. I failed to realise that in the small print that Your Move would charge 10% plus vat for what was no more than a couple of emails and pay invoice. When queried, I was told that since recent regulation changes they “needed to make up lost income in other areas” When asked how they can justify or what constitutes a reasonable cost for work taken place, was again directed to the small print. Managers response, won’t adjust or waive fee, Use your own contractors in future. Sure Your Move will survive despite closing many offices as other branches will want to work with there current landlords.NegativeValue

GoogleOverall good experience with Your Move service and agents. We rented a property under full management by Your Move, and we felt like they were fair and balanced in their dealing with us and the landlord. Apart from a few instances, repairs were logged and carried out promptly. We mostly communicated with Emma and Maureen, who always dealt with our enquiries quickly which we really appreciated. At the end of the tenancy, we put the effort in leaving the property in a lovely state, and we were glad that this was appreciated as we received our full deposit back, and in a matter of days too. Would recommend :)

GoogleAs a foreigner and newcomer, I had to rent a flat to settle down as soon as possible, so I walked in almost half of the agents around London Rd. Finally, with the help of Your Move, I found a lovely flat and moved in smoothly. Hayley, an experienced staff of Your Move Lettings, is always helpful and patient along the whole process. I'm highly impressed by her efficiency and passion. She also told me a lot of useful information about the community and city. I feel lucky to choose this reliable agent.

GoogleI am generally hesitant to write a review on a company because they have different standards of service each time i visit. HOWEVER! i feel i really must write this review to commend an employee called Luke Blackburn who has been absolutely amazing from the get go. Luke has gone above and beyond every time i visit the branch! I was actually so impressed I rent my current property through Luke, who has guided me through every step and made sure i am fully understanding and ok with anything happening before allowing it to go ahead. I would definitely recommend going to Your Move in London Road - just ask for Luke!!!

GoogleI have recently had a leak at my property, along with a broken boiler in the recent terrible weather. I was put in contact with Maureen Whittle who manages the property maintenance. Not only has she been methodical, consise and extremely organised, but has also taken the time to talk me through various aspects of the repairs and reassured me that everything will be fine and has really gone above and beyond what I expected. As a distance landlord opting for the fully managed service, I am very impressed and now realise that this is what should be expected of any property management company. A true asset to YourMove. A consummate professional and lovely lady.

GoogleBetter not to have business with this "agency". Filthy costumer service, zero assistance, zero seriousness and I could continue for hours.. They let you inside a flat that they don't even check properly, describing Fake features that they don't provide. And this is only one of the many problems I have been through thanks to them. Problems that you wouldn't even imagine. Almost risked to be homeless and the only thing they say to you is "go out and take a coffee in the meanwhile". So disappointed and frustrated even now, that after two months of tenancy I still don't have the "privilege" to take a hot shower like normal people.. So disappointed...
