I used to live in a student acommodation, but I decided to change and move into a nice flat. I moved into my first flat with the help of this amazing team. Everyone was very nice with me and helpful. Luca showed me the flat and another propriety. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and because I dont drive, he offered to take me to the next viewing. I was so happy when I got told that the flat is mine. The landlord was very helpful and nice. He provided the flat with a hoover and a tumble dryer. He also bought me an orthopaedic matress so I can get a better sleep since I work in the hospital and my back hurts quite a lot. He checked with me if I am fine and how I am setteling in. When I took the inventory to the office, everyone was just so lovely and nice with me. I totally recommend this company! Very helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is the best!

Rented one of the properties for a year a it was by far my best letting experience for the 5 years I was at university. Any maintenance issues never took more than 2 days to be attended to, for most of them we had someone over almost instantly. When I had issues paying rent the managing agent was very understanding and helpful. When we had issues with the house after work hours we were still able to get help. The managing agent made sure to accommodate us properly and offered to furnish the house with whatever we needed, as well arranging move out dates so that we wouldn’t be homeless when the tenancy ended a couple of days before the new one started. Overall I am very grateful for the experience and for having has the opportunity to have a year of tenancy absolutely stress free.

Hameed is a very unprofessional and confrontational man. We suffered with mould and damp for months which we contacted him about multiple times and were left with no response. We cleaned the place for hours on end and left the place clean where then Hameed called shouting down the phone that the place was filthy. I have evidence of before we moved in videos and after we left the place videos showing the property looks the same way it was when moving in but he refused to take this evidence into account. He’s threatened legal action against us when we’ve followed every step needed to leave the property well.

Avoid this place at all cost. Rented many years ago and the manager was full of lies and can be very rude when challenged on these false statements. Most of his 1-star reviews get deleted by Google due to their policy but please take this as a warning to not use this business. I'm not sure how they are still running as a company reading some of the most recent reviews.

Hameed and his Team do an excellent job looking after tenants and making all the processes effortless. Recently I moved from one of there properties to another property managed by Robertsons. With the help of the Robertsons team this was an easy process. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to get our new property fully cleaned in a short space of time! I’d highly recommend Robertsons to any tenants!

My son and three friends have rented a property through Robertsons over the 2021/ 2022 academic year and the service has been truly appalling. There were a number of issues from the outset which were supposed to be addressed and which weren't. 1. The house was allegedly 'deep cleaned' before they moved in and although Hameed promised to send my husband proof of this it was never forthcoming. 2. The fridge was broken when they moved in and despite promises to fix this nothing was ever done. 3. The washing machine had mould on the door and the seal. 4. My son's room had evidence of mould in several places. 5. They moved out at the beginning of July and to no-one's surprise Hameed has been completely elusive concerning the return of the £1,000 deposit. My son has faced a brick wall and my husband has left messages and sent emails to no avail. I feel strongly that they prey on the innocence and inexperience of young vulnerable people which is shocking and shameful. Furthermore it seems that they are manipulating their Google reviews as all the 1* reviews have been removed and they are clearly packing the listing with fake 5* ones. 16/08 no sign of the end of tenancy report which Hameed promised I would receive on either the 12th or the 15th.
