Slammed the phone down on my father when he was enquiring about a Peacehaven bungalow and was asked if his property was on the market. When he said "Not yet" the agent simply hung up. Serious buyer turned away by this agency. Would reconsider if you are thinking of listing your property with them.

This was particularly appreciated when things were not always as straight forward as they could be (ie. an initial buyer pulled out). George was always proactive and professional. All i can say is, simply they are the best in Town! Binal Patel (Bee) is my main point of contact, she will always answer the phone, goes above and beyond to help me out, very professional and friendly. GoogleI can't say this is my best experience with agent. Our property was managed by our landlord so we have no problem before moving out. However, we have moved out almost three months and still didn't have our deposit back till today. Our landlord has notified us it will be paid back in full the day when he received the keys, but SEQUENCE (their main company) couldn't release the money because the branch couldn't be reached and didn't let them know that we are moving out. We don't know whether could we receive our deposit before Christmas and we moved out on September.

GoogleI have a lifelong membership card with Fox and Sons and they have always been great! It was my second time they’ve assisted me with a remortgage of the property and I would like to mention George Jones that has been amazing throughout the whole journey! He is very polite and professional, always on time, always replying to e-mails straight away. If there were any issues, he was very supportive and helping whenever he could. I received an excellent service from George Jones and the team at Fox and Sons. I would like to say a huge thank you 😊

GoogleMy mortgage advisor was Charlotte Head and i couldn't recommend her enough. Purchasing a new build came with a lot of stress and communication troubles between all parties involved but she went above and beyond to make sure i was always up to date with the progress of the build. Charlotte really cares about her clients and made me feel valued from the moment we had our first consultation, she made sure she found me the best deals possible even during the rising costs of mortgage rates and even managed to change my offer mid way through to ensure it was more affordable when the rates seemed like they were going to be too high to afford. Charlotte is an asset to the branch and if anyone ever has the pleasure of working with her, i can promise you will not be disappointed.

GoogleWorst Fox and Sons brunch in Southampton. Still waiting deposit to be returned for two months. Dispute has been raised with TDS and been past to next stage. Two weeks ago received email that deposit is being released and I have passed my bank details. Still haven’t received money and don’t get any response for emails. I have asked them if there is any damage to property could they send me receipts and send me rest of money.

We received exceptional service from Fox & Sons. Our agent Yushin was brilliant. He found some really nice properties matching our criteria that we hadn’t noticed ourselves, and he booked us in to view them within a couple of days. He offered great service, info, and knowledge during the viewings and followed up quickly with answers to our questions afterwards.
