Working with Connells has made the process of buying a first time flat feel less daunting. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help. My family have also previously used Connells and had recommended mortgage advisor Emma to me. Emma quickly and smoothly started the process of buying the flat and keeps me in the loop daily on outstanding documents or paperwork I need to send to make the process as quick as possible. We viewed a local new build property with Branch Manager Shawn on three separate occasions. He was punctual, courteous and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him to find out information we required about the property and his experience of the property market was both informative and very useful. He was not in the slightest pushy and was only interested in making sure that the house was completely on all levels the right one for us. Sadly due to local planning restrictions we did not buy the property, however, that aside I would certainly have NO HESITATION whatsoever in recommending Shawn and his team.
