GoogleAbsolutely terrible. I’m still in the process a MONTH after contracted has been renewed with a new letting agent via my landlord and Connells will not release the deposit back to hand over to landlord or my old housemate due to being ‘understaffed’. Absolutely disgusting illegal actions. The deposits should’ve been released ages ago. This will be taken further.

GoogleLeft flat immaculate and they wanted to charge me £800 for cleaning also sanding and glossing wooden kitchen tops. Ridicules. then took over 2 weeks to pay back what was left of my deposit. Avoid avoid ive rented from many agency and connels was worse by far
