GoogleConnell’s Bitterne well for start to finish they couldn’t be more helpful. Are main point of contract was Emma she is absolutely lovely, polite, professional and nothing was to much trouble to help us out! Thank you for everything! Second time using Connell’s Bitterne branch, buying are second home. I would highly recommend them, from start to finish they were so helpful with sorting out any questions, emails & phone calls. GoogleHaving used Connells since my wife & myself got our mortgage together we've always had a good service . Our first mortgage advisor left who was good & then the one after not so great but when we moved house we found Emma at the Romsey branch & she has been excellent . Informative & helpful . I really do hope to use her services again for future purchases.

GoogleWorking with Connells has made the process of buying a first time flat feel less daunting. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help. My family have also previously used Connells and had recommended mortgage advisor Emma to me. Emma quickly and smoothly started the process of buying the flat and keeps me in the loop daily on outstanding documents or paperwork I need to send to make the process as quick as possible. Anything I may have a problem understanding as a first time buyer is well explained and spoken through before making any decisions. I would recommend Connells Estate Agents, Bitterne

GoogleWe viewed a local new build property with Branch Manager Shawn on three separate occasions. He was punctual, courteous and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him to find out information we required about the property and his experience of the property market was both informative and very useful. He was not in the slightest pushy and was only interested in making sure that the house was completely on all levels the right one for us. Sadly due to local planning restrictions we did not buy the property, however, that aside I would certainly have NO HESITATION whatsoever in recommending Shawn and his team.

She took time to follow up with me and show a real interest in the progress of our renovation, and took time to really understand the kind of tenants we were looking for and matched a lovely family, perfectly suited to our property. GoogleGreat service from everyone. Emma Pithiest got me a great mortgage and was in contact right through the transaction. Everyone I spoke to in the office was amazing, in fact without their vigilance and attention I may never have got the house I wanted. I did get my house, thanks to Connell’s. After I moved in I received a hamper from Connell’s, a really lovely welcome to my new home. Brilliant all round, thanks to everyone.

GoogleIllegal practices - don't go anywhere near them! We put in an offer for a house and we were told by Connells that our offer had been accepted on the condition that we would sell our house through them (which we are not silly enough to do.) We later found out that the seller had never even been told about our offer and they were just trying to get us on their books. They wanted double the fees every other estate agent quoted us and upfront fees for photos etc (which you should never pay.) After this we found out that Connells were making fraudulent offers from us that we did not make to the seller in an attempt to try and stop them changing estate agents. Awful, I would not buy or sell through Connells. If you want to buy a house advertised through Connells, I would knock on the sellers door and talk to them directly. You can't believe anything they say.

All our letters and emails are documented and are placed on file, please bear in mind we have 48 hours by law to submit all offers. We offer two packages one with no upfront fee with standard photos or an upfront fee with a professional photographer which is fully refunded after completion (subject to terms and conditions), which would have both been offered. At no point have any illegal practises have been carried out in branch. If you would like to discuss anything further about this please contact us directly.
