Charters were the first Estate Agents that we contacted in Winchester and they have given us great service in our search for our new home in or near the city. Elle has been the person with whom we have been most in contact and we are more than grateful for her personal interest in our situation and hopes, her professionalism and patience. Jack, her colleague, was the person who showed us the house for which we have now made an offer which has been accepted. He too has given us excellent service. Peter, Adriene and Kareen were all so helpful when moving into my property. I knew Peter from a previous property and he made the transition so easy. A very professional agency!

We’ve had a great experience with Charters when needed to rent a property. We haven’t rented for a long time, so the experience was a little daunting, however Sarah Bainbringe at the Winchester branch was extremely helpful and very detailed in her approach. I did call around other Esate Agents, however I quickly realised that Sarah was the most thorough and efficient, getting back to me quickly on any requests I had and when making offers to landlords. Other Estate Agents I had to chase, but I didn’t need to do that with Sarah! Very excited to move into our new rental house, and it was definitely the right choice for us after viewing quite a few! Thank you Sarah and Charters for a smooth process so far :)

Really great mediation and help by Lily and Charters

I had a really good experience when I rented an apartment from Charters… they were very thorough and kept the communication open throughout. However, due to personal circumstances I had to cut my lease short and was really worried as to how I would be moving forward. Vanessa Joy - Delivers results with a smile
