GoogleNicola was amazing. We moved from overseas and she was very helpful, Skyped us in on a viewing and got the house ready for us to move in without us ever seeing it. We had no problems and have really appreciated her help.

GoogleThey break the law and discriminate against people who are disabled or in receipt of benefits, and when notified that this is a breach of equality law, they double down. Pathetic behaviour really, claims he is the owner of the company and there's no superiors above him, but can't apparently change his own policy?

I would like to inform you that we ended the call saying that we are sorry that we could not help as you do not match the criteria and your response was: I understand, Thank you. Please note that you informed us that you are on benefit however you have a side online business but you do not declare tax for that income and also we tried to see if your partner would match the criteria on her own. Unfortunately her income was not enough to pass on her own. Please note that we take feedback seriously however we also defend our staff with false or wrong review is left when our staff were polite to you and tried all avenue to see if they could help you and did not rush you off the phone as the phone call passed on from a staff to the Manager to see if there is anyway we could help you. Thank you.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting place we had damp and mould and the agent and landlord decided not to help us. The landlord ( Max) blamed us for damp conditions because we didn’t have our heating on 24/7 and he is very racist as well, Please do not rent from this place as You will be living with rats maggots and flies.

GoogleVisited the office to make enquiries to rent somewhere for my first place after moving out of my parents home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They talked me through the renting process and what my next steps are. I will be looking to use them in the near future should the right property come up.

GoogleDispite a phone call to remind them, they never appeared for my viewing. Their office is less than a mile away from the property I wanted to view! At first contact they seem slick and efficient but this is because they use a call centre in Scotland. The people in the Southampton office are just rubbish.

GoogleI was very disappointed with the state of the apartment offered by the university at Glen Eyre (then cat 1). So I had to urgently find something else to be able to find decent accommodation. This is why I went to Century 21 who were able to show me a studio that met all my expectations on the same day (and for the same price)! The staff is competent and responsive, the agents took the time to explain and help me with the various procedures. This is why I highly recommend this agency to students who need to find something quickly. Thanks again! PS: I had no problem understanding the English of all the agents, they speak very clearly!
