GoogleDO NOT. I repeat DO NOT make the same naive mistake that I made and deal with this incompetent company. I’ve had issues after issue since picking up my key. Now they’re expecting me to pay over £500 to get out of a lease that they are not upholding. Absolute bunch of inadequate halfwits

GoogleGreat service, no more than one day I could get my housing. Jay's really helpful, he managed everything, convinced the landlord, so the process was really smooth and good. Definitely use Century21 for another chance of renting house! I'm very satisfied.

GoogleThis agency is really recommended to Chinese students. If there is any non-man-made damage to the furniture or electrical appliances in the room, contact them and they can reply in time. It is also very affordable. The employees of this agency are very enthusiastic. You can ask them many questions and they will answer them patiently. Overall I am very lucky to have signed with them. Very satisfied

GoogleThe lady that works at Century 21 is one of the rudest people I think I have ever spoken to in my life. Claims that she has many years in customer service but doesn’t know how to present herself professionally. If you’re looking for an agency DO NOT use Century 21.

GoogleI was selling my house through an online agent and I had no viewing and no cummunications. I decided to go to Century21 and from the beginning I was kept informed and they got me an offer in first 4 weeks. They even arrange all survey and conveyancing for me. within 12 weeks my house was sold. I would highly recommend Century21 and the professionalism.
