GoogleMr. Jay Guha is an incredibly professional agent! No wishy washy communication, clear and direct. Helped secure a nice apartment. Then when the flat had some issues, he promptly made sure to have all of these addressed. 2 weeks in and all super so far.

GoogleInitial process and everything else was very good however 4/5 months into tenancy I had domestic issues and wanted to leave my shared tenancy with my former partner which I was told they don’t get involved in domestic issues which is completely understandable however they clearly continued to take the side of my former partner despite telling me they don’t get involved and made the process of me removing my name from the contract very difficult (more so my former partner but still) sometimes would take weeks to hear back from them and I would have to be very persistent in my communication to actually get anywhere which made the process last so much longer than it needed which caused me even more issues due to it taking so long and just before it got completed I requested certain documents to be resent to me but because of the delayed response by the time they got back to me my name was already removed from contract and they couldn’t give me these documents because I wasn’t on the tenancy even though I initially requested them before the finalisation of the removal. Overall good estate agents however because of the difficulties surrounding the issue I had I am unsure if I would use them again.

GoogleI had a good experience with Century 21 Estate Agents. I was looking to rent a property on short notice and Century 21 team understood needs and arranged a viewing in short notice. The property met our expectations and Jay and his team quickly arranged next steps explaining all aspects of tenancy to great detail. Their online documentation process is seamless and very effective. If anyone is looking to rent buy or sell properties then I would highly recommend Century 21 team run by Jay , Tristan and Paulo.

GoogleAs an international student renting a social apartment, this place is really great. They even have a Chinese-speaking agent, which saves a lot of communication trouble. The process is also very convenient. After check-in, they also check on your experience. Overall, it's a very good company in a foreign country.

GoogleI recently moved my property management from a letting agent due to poor service, it was impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss about my property and they did not have a proper office front to talk to anyone about my concerns. I have now moved to Century21 and cannot recommend them enough. They reply to emails immediately, send me all referencing documents and ensure the property is fully compliant. I would highly recommend Century21 if you’re looking for a hassle free property management.

He went out of the way to help, like he worked on saturday upto late hrs and patiently assisted me to find solution and also he made himself available on his Sunday holiday untill the issue was resolved and finally he had to open his office to complete the formalities and hand over keys.
