GoogleThe best service I've had when it comes to renting in my 9 years of experience! The only agency I've been with for more than a year and with good reason. Extremely helpful and quick to react any and every time I needed help or something went wrong. Overall, I couldn't recommend them enough, especially the managing director, Mr. Jay Guha who was the person I dealt with most of the time.

GoogleThe initial review was amended due to the fact that this company unnecessarily took my money. Despite my efforts to introduce a tenant to my property and my request for an early vacation from the property, instead of facilitating the introduction, they charged me almost $600 for advertising. Furthermore, even though the property was already clean, they deducted $120 for third-party cleaning services. It is truly disappointing how they took advantage of our funds, especially considering I paid almost $17,000 upfront to rent the property. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

FacebookI was supposed to meet the agent yesterday as I fixed an appointment the day before. He never showed up and he didn't send any cancellation email. He didn't contact me and, on top of that, he either disconnected the phone or blocked my call. This is a clear example of a non professional team who doesn't care for their customers. Seriousness and competence are by far the worst ever experienced. I am happy not to consider any of the housing opportunities of this agency. Stay away from this, not recommended at all!

GoogleI am from China, so I decided to buy a house for my children to go to school without renting a house. I looked at it a lot before and after, and finally found the house in 21st Century. The agent Jay showed me the house. He was very friendly. It took about three months to complete the purchase. In one month, he also asked someone to help me with some minor problems in the house. He also recommended a solicitor to me, a beautiful solicitor , and the price is very reasonable. I recommend everyone to choose 21st Century.

GoogleCentury21 seems to be our primary and first contact for tenant during property search. So it would be nice before dealing with the renting property, beforehand itβs nice to know the condition of the property so that tenant wonβt face any problem during their tenancy. Post discussing with Jay, I understand there are few things beyond the control of agents. So I canβt blame for them. But I really acknowledge that I had a very good experience with Century21 and I appreciate your dedication in satisfying the customer expectations.
