We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with.Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication! GoogleWe'd been looking for a property to rent for almost 3 months. After putting our names forward for a few we liked, with various estate agents, and being unsuccessful due to the highly competive current market, we were really disheartened by the whole process. Natalia called us up and went through details of a house she had that had just become available. Thanks to her we secured an amazing house that we cant wait to move into. Natalia was super efficient and responsive to all our questions and helped guide us through through whole process making a stressful situation much easier. Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.
