cannot thank the team enough for all of their help and support throughout the process of finding my new flat. A special thank you to Mazie, who showed me around the property. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions thoroughly and making me feel completely at ease. Mazie also took the time to show me the flat next door that had recently become available, which I really appreciated as it gave me more options to consider. I would also like to say a huge thank you to Aisha, who has been amazing throughout the whole process. She has been there every step of the way, helping with all of my paperwork, keeping me updated, and always being at the other end of the phone whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her support made what can often be a stressful process so much easier. The whole team has been professional, supportive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. I would recommend this company

I would highly recommend this company, especially if Fin is your main point of contact he works in the Worthing office. I was in a very difficult situation with my tenant who refused to leave my property, even after I had given the required two months’ contractual notice. Fin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire negotiation process and worked professionally with both parties to ensure the matter was resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I fully understood the tenants’ situation, and Fin handled everything in a fair, respectful, and professional manner while also making sure I was able to regain possession of my property without unnecessary delays.

Friendly and professional agents who made viewings simple with no pressure (shout out to Lucy in the Goring branch who went back out of hours to help us retrieve our kid's lost phone from one of the houses!). When it came to purchasing they were swift and communicated well. After the offer was accepted having Jane in the dedicated Sales Progression team after meant that everything moved as quickly as possible with queries dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. I’ve had a few issues with my flat, and Holly has been absolutely brilliant in helping me get them sorted. Room for improvement

Overall my experience with charters has not been great since the day I collected the keys, which the clerk was pretty late resulting in a lengthy wait. the office could not get my tenancy signed in time. Lots of missed communication within the office’s in Southampton mainly on the property maintenance side. Repairs on the property have been left for eight months resulting in the termination of my tenancy. Conveniently the repairs are being down now I am out of the property despite waiting for it. The response is that they are waiting for the landlord to instruct them to do the work which I don’t believe take that however you’d like too. There has been one person who has been absolutely amazing and helped me through these cracks despite it not being her problem and that’s Lilly who I believe is based in the bishops Waltham branch!

Just thought I’d put a comment on here to say how disappointed I am in the service, I’ve not heard from my contact for a while now after him saying he would call me. Cameron has not been too helpful and when I did manage to get him on the phone I felt very rushed like I was bothering him. Maybe it’s because I am not going for the most expensive house I don’t know but not very happy at all. Also calling me Ben instead of Benjamin at times without permission as I hate that was not the best feeling too.
