Beals Bitterne, amazing staff!

I have dealt with Beals a hand full of times now as I am looking for my first family home. I have now viewed a few properties with Jade Spencer from Beals. Jade has been nothing but helpful throughout the process, she is very professional and knowledgeable. After the experience we have had so far we can see that all staff including Jade are very professional, care about their clients and their work. I would recommend Beals to any first time buyers and existing buyers as they have strived to provide me with a seamless service throughout.

Great communication and easy to deal with

Purchasing through Beales has been really smooth. Despite there being a lack of communication from the solicitors on both sides, Emily has been attentive and on the ball, keeping in contact and making sure we are on the same page. She has been professional yet personable throughout and has been a pleasure to work with. I would seriously consider selling through Beals when the time comes.

Highly Recommend Beals

I have been using Beals Estate Agents (Bitterne office) as a Landlord for over 12 years now. I have found Aisha at Bitterne to be helpful, courteous and always professional. Beals ensure that I am kept up to date with regards to new legislation and what is happening with the rental market. Aisha has always found tenants for me very quickly and covers all the checks on potential tenants. I can also recommend Paige and Adriana at Beals Head Office who keep me up to date with issues and communication has always been to a high standard, queries are dealt with promptly with all 3 ladies. Their support and help has been and is very much appreciated.

The team from the Bitterne branch in Southampton are really good. Very friendly and always ready to help. The whole process from viewing the property to actually moving in was smooth and really quick. Excellent service

I had a brilliant experience in using beals. I had a faulty tap at one of my properties and they were really quick and professional in getting it sorted. In particular one of the staff called Dion was really helpful and professional in getting the contractors in to come and sort the problem.
