I would definitely recommend Austin & Wyatt to all my friends. We just bought our first flat and we did it in less than 8 weeks! Latoya was our guardian angel and nothing was too much for her. We had a lot of queries as we were newbies to this but she was always amazing and we could not do it without her! Scott was also great during all the process and he had a very important role on our decision to buy this flat. Thank you all!

My father was a tenant of a property managed by A&W - he passed away back in April and we have had very little communication from Austin & Wyatt on whether his room has been cleared, and we've had no communication on what is happening with his deposit. Emails are often going ignored (even by the branch manager), and I feel this is a really poor way to treat people who are dealing with a very recent and painful bereavement.

I really would not recommend putting your house on sale with these guys. I'm on the buyer side and this is my experience. I'm interested in a place, which has been in the market for a while. First I asked some details on the rental, 1 call + 1 chaser, the rental department never called me back. Then I decided to book a visit regardless, this was a waste of time as the agent booked his holidays on the day without informing me. Although reluctant I asked for another visit and some papers, guess what, I never got any answer. So good luck if you're marketing your house with them.
