TrustpilotPattinsons worked wonders!
Pattinsons have dealt with the sale of our property and the whole experience was faultless. Every aspect was slick right up until completion. We had the house on the market within a matter of days, and offers came in almost immediately. From that stage onwards Carol worked so hard to chase solicitors and keep us informed at every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend them!

Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

TrustpilotBlyth Team Are Best In The County.!
It's the second time I've dealt with the Blyth office, Louise, Linda and Terri all did a fab job. Very professional at every stage, they ensured that the property was sold at the best price for the seller and the vendor - it really was a win-win situation for all. A total pleasure to deal with and I'd have no problems at all in recommending them to others.

TrustpilotExcellent service as always.
Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

TrustpilotExcellent
Excellent! We were looking to purchase a property to repatriate back to UK. We contacted several agents after searching tirelessly on the internet. Pattinson were the only ones who were responsive as well as so helpful in fulfilling all our requirements. We were thrilled with Helen from the Jarrow branch and will be purchasing another property in the future, through Helen. Super service, highly recommended.

If you need to sell your property then look no further my house was sold in 3 days and I actually got more that I thought and this is down to one lady Hellen Widdowson she is a 'woman on a mission'when it comes to selling houses always returning phone calls or emails informing me of progress
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
