Extremely poor service with my rental property. They have handed over an uncleaned property and upon asking saying I have not opted for a clean property. The car parking entry key has not been given with an excuse they not sure where the fob is! Not at all happy with the service.

Personal service, always followed up calls and returned calls and queries. Jason dealt with the sale all the way through, no handing over to others, dealt with my man’s sale and looked after her with respect, using them / him to sell my house too

I had the pleasure of meeting Carly from Washington Pattinson; as a newcomer to property investment, I was confused and knew very little about it, but she is very professional and helpful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

GoogleMy experience is that Lynn at Pattinson's has her client's concerns at front of mind at all times. I am confident that she does absolutely anything in her power to get the results we want, she listens, acts even on the most minor concerns and is a joy to work with. I find her manner professional and efficient. She has trusted advisor status for us

Excellent team at Pattinsons Gosforth branch espeacilly Kerri, they helped out with forms and scanning documents that were time sensitve even down to using their own phones when scanner played up, The Gosforth office based team are ahead of their game, friendly and genuine I would highly recomend that outlying offices look to them as an example to raise their own bar accordingly,

TrustpilotVery very poor on the rental side
Very very poor on the rental side, don't return calls or emails, rude and unprofessional staff, clearly lack basic training. They seemed to have a very flimsy grasp of property law

TrustpilotUsed tenant finder service
Used tenant finder service. Promised the world and delivered an appalling service. No effective communication, lost keys, didn't seem in the least bit bothered about finding a tenant despite saying they would have one found within a week!

From start to finish we had nothing but a positive experience. Michael who came to value our home was polite, chatty and friendly. Super fast service when we reported an issue with the sales board! Kept us informed and up to date at all times. If I was to ever move again I’d 100% go back to Pattinson's! Thank you
