I cant thank this team enough! From such a terrible previous experience with another estate agent, I was nervous to start the process again. What a difference and contrast! From the initial call, I felt valued and important and most of all I felt confident and assured that I was in the best hands and the team had my genuine best interests. My house was sold on the same day and Ellie was incredibly hands on and kept everything running to time. The communication was amazing, I knew every update and what to expect through the whole process. Pattinsons found the perfect buyers too and I wish them lots of lovely memories in their new home (just as we have had in the last 10 years).

Really disappointed. We instructed Pattinsons to manage a rental property for us and were promised they would look after everything for us. Sadly the experience has not matched the promise. The communication has been shambolic. Repeated requests from different agents within the agency about the same things which have been communicated to them time and time again. No internal joined up working. This is unfair on both us as landlords and our tenants. The repairs and maintenance service they offer is also extortionate. £100 quote to replace a bathroom lock. I’ve requested to escalate this to a formal complaint now as the service offered is completely unprofessional

GoogleWe arranged two property viewings through Pattinson. We were early for our time slots and yet the estate agent did not turn up for either viewing. There were also no “for sale” signs for either property, so we’re not sure if the properties have sold ahead of viewing and this information has not been passed onto us.
My partner and I had set aside time in a very busy schedule and our morning has been wasted on viewings that did not take place. Not only is this unprofessional on Pattinson’s part, we have missed out on viewing other properties we were interested in as we did not have time to view everything - we could have viewed these had we been told the viewings we had booked were no longer going ahead.
We tried to call the office to see what was happening (unsuccessfully) and the communication on Pattinson’s end has been completely absent.
These properties seemed to be exactly what we were looking for in a first home and we were highly likely to make an offer on one of these post-viewing. Pattinson have now lost a potential sale and we do not intend to deal with them in the future. We do not recommend using these estate agents unless you want to be set up for disappointment.
