Great service from the Jarrow branch. Viewed a house and fully moved in all within 2 weeks. The staff were really efficient in organising all the appropriate paperwork and ensuring it was completed ASAP from all parties. I found all of the staff very pleasant and helpful, being in regular contact with them throughout the process ment we had a smooth transition into our lovely new home- just weeks before Christmas! Would definitely recommend, thanks so much

Taken me a while to write this but here it goes: we asked various questions regarding our rented property. Such as mould, plumbing, heating, which we were told there were no issues within the property etc. Having mould develope in multiple rooms, broken heating which cant be monitored/set etc. No water pressure in the kitchen(not disclosed). We were told by landlord to "bugger off if we dont like the property", letting agency has been NO HELP. I will be writing to my local MP and citizens advice as this has become a dangerous property to live in.

I can honestly say we transfered from another estate agent who over a period of a month had 2 viewings and one of them was through family. We transfered across to pattisons and joanne has had numerious people across the door and has given us feed back straight away. Always open to suggestions and an asset to the company. It is also worth mentioning that the full team were also helpfull and would recomend them as well. We will use again.

I have engaged with Ruth from the north shields branch for 4.5 years .She has always been very helpful in all aspects of renting my property out. & has also given me sound advice when buying properties. Ruth always give her honest opinion she is also very knowledgeable with in the property market. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her and her colleagues in the north shields branch. Ruth keeps me informed at all stages during the renting or buying phase of the properties I have there is never any issues or unpleasant surprises. As she is always ahead of the game I hope to deal with Ruth and her colleagues in the future

Since moving from London to the North East five years ago we have used the services of the girls at Pattinsons, Blyth for the purchase/ sale of 8 properties and tenant finds for a further 12. Louise, Terri and Angela, under the stewardship of Linda, have brought all these transactions to a favourable conclusion in a most professional and business like manner. I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire. She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. The whole way through she has put me at ease and answered my million and one questions. I would not hesitate to recommend pattinsons alnwick to any one in the future.

I've dealt with the Washington and Jarrow branches before and they have both been great. As an investor I work with agents a lot and it's quite refreshing to deal with ones who love what they do and are great at it. Carly from Washington in particular has been very good and incredibly proactive.

Unprofessional and rude when looking to book a viewing. Refused to allow me to make any viewings without consulting one of their financial advisors, and didn't care at all to talk to me after I refused to speak to their financial advisors.

It is company policy for all buyers to be financially verified prior to viewing a property, this is even more important at the moment as we are in a national lockdown and although house moves are still able to take place, we need to ensure that the buyers we are sending into peoples homes are in a position to proceed with a purchase. I assure you that all of the sellers of the properties you requested to view were advised of your viewing request and they made the decision to decline your viewings, which you have been advised of.

The agents at Pattinson's have been so friendly during our search for a rental property. They have been accommodating and considerate of our circumstance, moving from Edinburgh to Newcastle. Which has made the process of finding a tenancy less stressful. I have kept in contact with one agent in particular, Jessica, who has been fab at keeping me updated with each property.
