As a first time buyer I was apprehensive to use a broker at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first call with Hello Mortgage I was impressed with their knowledge, reliability and friendly approach. My assigned broker ‘Daniel Knott’, was a pleasure to work with. He took all the stress out of the process for me. Provided me with the detail I needed to make a decisions and was always on hand for my questions. He really went above and beyond and is an asset to the company. Even when it came paying the £250 fee, I was offered the option to split the fee over 2 months. This really helped due to the other moving costs during the period. I can’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be using them in the future. Thanks Hello Mortgage.
