Dan was excellent from start to finish. I could not be happier with him. As a first time buyer, I was sometimes confused by the mortgage jargon but Dan explained everything perfectly, so I was always aware of what was happening and felt a real understanding of the process. If you are thinking about using a broker, I would not hesitate to recommend Dan.

I struggled with the whole process of looking for the best mortgage as I am a first time buyer and Hello Mortgages have helped me every step of the way taking away any worries. I have since completed, stress free on my first time property purchase and whenever I had any concerns or queries Nicola and Keith have kept my mortgage application stress free. If you are in doubt about what mortgage broker to use or if to use one at all, do not hesitate to give them a call. Very friendly and helpful, I cannot thank them enough!

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was apprehensive to use a broker at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first call with Hello Mortgage I was impressed with their knowledge, reliability and friendly approach. My assigned broker ‘Daniel Knott’, was a pleasure to work with. He took all the stress out of the process for me. Provided me with the detail I needed to make a decisions and was always on hand for my questions. He really went above and beyond and is an asset to the company. Even when it came paying the £250 fee, I was offered the option to split the fee over 2 months. This really helped due to the other moving costs during the period. I can’t recommend them enough. I will 100% be using them in the future. Thanks Hello Mortgage.
