Thoroughly professional, I was very happy with the service provided. Communications throughout were prompt and clear. I felt I was offered sound advice and guidance throughout, proactive in a positive way without being pushy. It's hard to separate the service provided from the individuals who provided it. Communication from Sophie was great. I dealt mostly with Helen and I can't recommend her highly enough. I have complete confidence in her, at the top of her game

Cancelled Appointment Last Minute

Had an appointment booked for 11:30 Friday as were looking to sell & we were looking to get the property valued, received a call 10:30 the day of the booking with some excuse about another Entwistle Green office boking the appointment wrong, after checking the reviews on Trustpilot I feel like I've had a lucky escape

The team was very good at selling their services to us as well as putting the house on the Market and sell it. However when it comes to customer aftercare and keeping in touch during the conveyancing process was a different story. From advising us to use Countrywide Conveyancing to us having to chase all parties involved to get the process moving while listening to patronising answers on why this whole madness takes 6 months to complete was not part of the package we have been told we are getting at the beginning. Quite poor performance considering that we were the customer who paid their fees. (Even the couple who bought the house from us told me they would never chose Entwistle Green to sell the property again) Meanwhile do understand that in the current Covid Climate things do take a bit longer, we have friends and neighbours who have put their properties on the market and completed within 4 months so not sure a simple chain like ours why couldn't do just that. Thank you Helen in the office however who had nothing to do with our sale for jumping in and helping out.

So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

We just purchased our first ever home through Entwistle Green Leyland. Being new to this process and naturally OCD/worrying kind of person, I had millions of questions and concerns. Emily has the patience of a saint. From day one she really looked after us and has done everything she can to make it stress free. Even down to helping source local people for jobs that needed doing. She went well above and beyond to make sure we got the sale through and I was a happy buyer. She has even kept in touch and helped after exchange and completion. Can' thank them enough, they have acted and responded quickly and professionally right from the word go. Found suitable buyers within 2 weeks and helped the whole process run as smooth as it could. 5 stars for the agency and Mrs Dora Seimeni in Warrington's Entwistle Green

I arrived in Warrington in January knowing nobody in the city. Searching a flat online did not help a lot. Walking by entwistle green i decided to enter and ask for more info! Luckily Mrs Dora Seimeni was there who was more than helpful. After she showed me some flats in the city, indecided to review one. Dora could not be more helpful really, she explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand how the bills work, how to accommodate etc. being totally new in the country knowing nothing, i m thankful that i found her. Entwistle Green as well was immediately next to me when something needed to be fixed in my flat! 5 stars, can’t recommend enough both the agency and my agent Dora.

Awful experience would not use again

Awful experience would not use again. I dealt with Gary Trappe at the Burnley branch. He valued our property for £15,000 more than it was sold for at auction where we had felt pressured to sell. Apart from the initial contact to sign the contract I never heard from him again even though he had been kept in the loop via email communication with the suction company - I am sold. It was particularly misleading and deceptive as we had signed a contract less than a month ago with him and there had been no mention of the valuation price changing and certainly not by that much. Either the valuation price had deliberately been set high to entice us or they hadn’t pushed the sale. We ended up making a loss of £15,000 using them and their auction company. They care about getting their fees paid and they really don’t care to make you the maximum from the sale. To that end they do the bare minimum. I would not use again because they don’t consider your best interest only their own.

The services provided by the staff at Entwistle Green in Morecambe are outstanding and exceptional. I am very delighted and happy about my experience. Staff members work as a team and are very experienced, honest, respectful and effective and just great at what they do. I cannot thank them enough for their service and help. My experience was very poor when using them for selling property via Flyp. They did not respond promptly to the buyers when their colleague was on leave and no one covered that colleague's work/monitored the email. The deal was nearly fell through because of it!

Absolutely shocking company to sell…

Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.
