They are scammers. We paid a holding fee for a property to move on the 12th. They told us no on the 10th and kept our money £279. It is clearly a tactic they use since agency fees are gone. You let people pay a holding fee then tell them no and keep their money.Please don’t go for them. Scammers

I made a offer and it was accepted by the Agency in Southmead but after few days they say they Received another offer and my offer is invalid and they known the Rules and according to them the Buyer (myself)is not a Costumer for them Very very bad Costumer service Stay away from this Company for buying or for selling

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

Is the worst experience ever , bad communication, manipulation, on the advertising was a no chain , after signing the contract and paying servy, lower ecc, I been told chain on hold , called 100 times no answer back , not at all serious, deserve minus star , avoid if you can ,con agency

GoogleCan't fault them. Justin managed to secure a quick sale and the whole team was always on hand if you need them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

GoogleAwful service. Very sexist in that they would never respond to my emails but responded to my male partner. Pushy and pressured us in to cutting corners to 'get the deal done quickly' resulting in empty promises and us being out of pocket. Refuse to accept any responsibility for their wrong doing. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Allen & Harris Albany Road, cant valuate houses. Most lower priced houses all Standard £160,000 despite condition of property. Not good if your selling immaculate house, and same price as one that needs totally renovating in same/similar area. Insulting to selkers of nice properties
