GoogleSo we booked a viewing with them, we got there 10 min early, we waited for 25 mins, we called several times on the landline number because mobile number wasn't available. We even knocked the door of the house we were meant to view. The neighbours living nearby saw us as we sat outside the house in the car. Eventually we left, we wrote an email complaining about the level or unprofessionalism, we received an email saying the agent should be there shortly if we still wanted to see the house and that they are sorry agent should have informed or answered the call. By then we had left and later decided to not see the house or contact them. It was very disappointing.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleHighly recommended. Professional, honest, knowledgable and know the housing market in the local area well. Valuation on point and the photographs taken by Simon and the advert on rightmove were both fantastic. I almost wanted to buy my house they were so good. Kevin has expert knowledge of local area and negotiates with buyers solicitors and mortgage lenders to problem solve and get offers confirmed. Zoe and David are great at marketing and getting the people over the door to view and stay interested. Real team work here and it shows in the results even during a pandemic. My sale was not straight forward and these guys resolved issues and kept me up to date. Excellent communication and available anytime. . Can’t thank them enough and whether buying or selling these are the guys to use. Don’t ponder anymore, instruct Patterson Hawthorn. Online estate agents may be cheaper, but you can’t underestimate the real value for money of a local agents knowledge.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe went with Patterson Hawthorne on recommendation from Getagent as they are the best performing agents in our area. Having had other agents in to value our house wethen had Simon in and he was very professional and most of all enthusiastic. He informed us that they had at least 3 people interested even before our property went live and sure enough on the day it was listed we had 8 appointments made for the following morning and 30+ appointments made by the following day, we was kept well informed all the way by Zoe and Kevin and with their matching potential buyers to properties we actually accepted an offer on the first day . I HAVE FOUND THEIR SERVICE FIRST CLASS WITH HONEST STRAIGHT FORWARD ANSWERS TO THE POINT AND NO WAITING AROUND. I USE THESE IF I AM SELLING A PROPERTY AS I FIND THEM TO BE THE BEST IN THE AREA BY FAR. KEVIN AND ZOE ARE VERY COMPETENT AND FRIENDLY ADN ALSO ASSIST MYSELF.
