GoogleI have had such a positive experience at Patterson Hawthorn Estate Agents. Kevin has been of great help and was always available to answer any queries even after the sale had completed. All of the staff were very friendly and gave me lots of information. Kevin definitely made buying my first home less stressful and would like to say a massive thank you! They provide a really helpful and friendly service thought out all the stages of the process, nothing was ever too much for the team at South Ockendon and they went over and beyond during a period of challenge with our buyer. Our property was on the market with great pictures and in the first 5 days sold. having had many viewings arranged by the team. Thank you Kevin and team at Sth Ockendon. GoogleI was super impressed at the efficiency, friendliness and levels of professionalism that I experienced with each and every employee Patterson Hawthorn estate agent. They were fantastic from the word GO! House was up on the website within a few hours of photographs being taken and the very next day I was inundated with phone calls from the agent booking viewings. And someone made an offer on the property was sold in just under 3weeks. I could not recommend them enough. You would be silly not to chose them. If you want hassle-free, quick, friendly service and efficiency then look no further. Dont take my word for it, try them for yourself. Oh and did I mention good value for money!!

GooglePaul and Redd sold our house within a week !!!! after having it on the market for 8 months with other agents. When I spoke to Patterson Hawthorn I mentioned that the commission percentage was a bit higher than other agents, they responded with 'yes but we will actually sell your property' and they did !!!! well worth the money !!!! thank you guys !!!!

GoogleIt was very pleasant journey with Patterson Hawthoen.Everything was so smooth and efficient. It took only 5 weeks to complete with the help of Mr kevin. He was very helpful. As a first time buyer he helped us to understand everything that we needed to know.I have been calling him every now and then asking for clarification, but he was never annoyed. Will definately recommend .

GoogleWorked very hard for me to sell my house and Kevin was fantastic always going above and beyond. Would recommend this company especially if you are looking to sell in Ockendon as previous estate agents had failed where as patterson were successful. Also Simon, the valuer and photographer, is a really nice guy who says it as it is and knows his figures. Overall a very professional and hard working company.

GoogleHaving used both branches of Patterson Hawthorn to buy and sell, I can safely say this company is the best on offer! I have used the Ockendon branch on more than one occasion and Kevin and his team are all amazing, as is the Rainham branch too. They work so hard and really care about their customers which is far more than I can say about their competitors! I would highly recommend Patterson Hawthorn, they are unbeatable!
