GoogleOur experience selling our parents' house, following a bereavement, could have been very difficult. Following Simon Burns' visit for valuation, we decided to appoint Patterson Hawthorn, as his suggested selling price matched ours. Kevin Terry showed prospective buyers around the house and secured an acceptable offer in 4 days. We could not have asked for a better result! Throughout the whole process, Kevin, along with assistance from Redd and Linda, made everything go smoothly, right up to the completion date. My brothers and I can whole heartily recommend the Patterson Hawthorn team for any buying or selling requirements.
