I first met Move revolution while looking to buy a property, the agent(Holly) was fantastic, we were so impressed by her attitude and professionalism that we decided to sell our flat through Move Revolution which proved to be a great decision. Paul, Ryan, Dan ,Sue and Sarah were all absolutely brilliant and could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. The good advice, consistent updates and determination from all to get the sale over the line really took the stress out of the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish, Move Revolution made us feel valued as customers. I've spent over 13 years in the property industry, which has made me quite particular when it comes to selling my own home. Dylan's initial visit was refreshing and gave me confidence for things to come. Very honest about the lay of the land and best practices for our intro to the market. Danielle, our amazing main agent, ensured we had a call explaining how each viewing had gone, directly after, as well as once they had proper feedback. She was great in getting to know the nuisances of the property in order to relay that to potential buyers. Once Danielle had secured us an offer that we were happy with, Sue really stood out as a top tier sales progressor. She was on top of all points of the chain and really helped us get the sale across the line when it was looking in doubt. We used Move Revolution as vendors and then they were marketing the property we wanted to buy so we've experienced both sides of the great service. All the way along we were impressed with their approach and local knowledge, something that very few agents seem to have. It's no secret that it's a challenging market at the moment and Louise and the team pulled out the stops to find a second buyer when our first pulled out, managing to challenge an incorrect survey and keep the transaction on track with a jittery first-time buyer. They then helped us secure the home of our dreams and again the process was managed well from start to finish. Almost 3 months since moving in we're still absolutely thrilled. I saw a property for sale with Move Revolution and called up to book a viewing. Louise answered and arranged a viewing for the same day. I viewed the property several times and the team were always happy to accommodate and didn't rush the viewings. I decided to sell my property through Move Revolution and it sold on the first viewing. The buyer pulled out but they had viewings lined up straight away to secure another buyer. Sue Peyton was especially helpful when i came to liaising with solicitors and making sure the sale and purchase went ahead. It was a stressful time but Sue was great and I would not hesitate in recommending Move Revolution for the sale or letting of your property.

FacebookWe were initially impressed by Move Revolution when viewing properties with them. We then viewed the perfect property, but our agent (who I won’t name on here) had failed to sell our home and as such we lost the property we loved. When it came back onto the market, Ross at Move Revolution phoned us immediately. We agreed for them to take on our property also. What followed was service and professionalism exponentially better than other agents we had used. Ross managed to sell our property where others had failed to do so which meant an offer was accepted on the property we wanted. Unfortunately for reasons outside of MRs control that sale fell through. Ross phoned us whilst we were away, told us not to panic and he managed to sell our property once more within two weeks. Purchase still on also. Ross managed some challenging periods leading up to exchange with absolute professionalism and was always available for a phone call. We cannot thank Ross, Matthew and the team at Move Revolution enough. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend Move Revolution to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.

It’s not been an easy market to sell in but we got there. The photographs of the house were excellent and they sold it well, I didn’t feel rushed on making decisions and supported throughout. We recently sold our house through MR, and despite the market being very slow Damian persevered and achieved a good price. However, Damian really excelled when co-incidentally he was the agent representing the house we wanted to purchase. This process was not smooth sailing, for a variety of reasons, and we would almost certainly have pulled out if had Damian not kept a cool head, liaising with the lawyers and seeking other professional advice when issues arose. Thank you Damian, and we will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking to sell or buy.

View AgentsWe were recommended Move Revolution to sell our house last year but decided to go with another agent. This was such a mistake! When our house didn’t sell we came back to Move Revolution. Damian was very personable and got the house sold in a short time and it was great being able to contact them 7 days a week. This means you get feedback from viewings very quickly. Following the sale of the house we were supported by Sue to get the process completed. This became lengthy and stressful (in no way due to Move Revolution). Sue went above and beyond her role, managing to get information from our buyers Solicitor that no-one else could. Sue was very friendly throughout the process and didn’t seem to mind the frequent phone calls I made to find out what was going on and to air my frustration. Sue was very sympathetic and friendly throughout and despite her busy job, was always up to date with our situation and I never had to repeat information. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.

When renting out our property, we have found Katie had a wealth of knowledge to hand about the area, which is very encouraging for any would be Tenant's. She really is on the ball and I would highly recommend that you ask for her when dealing with a property you might be thinking of letting. We used move revolution to sell our property. Damian was the agent in charge of this, we cannot speak highly enough of him. Very efficient, listened to our requirements and made them happen. Communication with the whole team was exceptional, always at the end of a phone if needed and kept us up to date with regular phone calls.
