Danielle was an absolute superstar as our sales co-ordinator, helping us with what was probably the longest and most complex house sale that took us 16 month! Even after all this time working on our case she managed to help navigate us through all the hurdles and push it through to the very end helping us secure our sale. Her persistance liasing with the buyer and solitictors was extremely helpful and we couldn't have done it without her. I would highly recommended the whole Move team.

Initially helping us with viewings and negotiations and then moving on to a very frequent move update process, escalating any issues immediately and helping us lock in move dates with early exchange. We selected Move Revolution above other estate agents mainly due to Lydia White's enthusiasm and drive and having incredible self-belief that she was going to be able to find a Buyer quickly. That initial comfort my wife and I had when we first met Lydia was then confirmed and realised when the photographer and others (Sky & Harvey - all similarly helpful & enthusiastic) came round a few days after they were appointed, for our house to then be put on the market with a superb set of photos and descriptions. Viewings were accommodated with ease and we were particularly impressed with Lydia's immediate feedback after each viewing. After a sale price was agreed, Lydia then facilitated a request for the Buyer and their family to visit our family at our house so the Buyer's young children could have another look round and feel part of the selection process. During the dreaded conveyancing process (that unfortunately took 21 weeks from agreeing a price to exchanging contracts - more to do with Solicitors and the below chain - sadly I'm told this 21 weeks is the national average) Danielle Glanville worked tirelessly in chasing and expediting our Solicitor and the Buyers Solicitor regularly keeping us informed of any developments. It's easy to get downbeat and feel despair at times like this, and Danielle with her cheerful emails and energetic phone calls made us appreciate that we just had to keep persevering. To get the phone call last week to say the exchange of contracts was probably the easiest phone call Danielle had to make. Superb all round performance to the whole Move Revolution team.

What can I say..... A total 5 star experience with Move Revolution. Having dealt with several local estate agents in the past I put both mine and my fathers flats out for tender. From the initial meeting with Lydia it was clear how ambitious, enthusiastic, professional and above all knowledgeable she was about the industry and the areas of sale. With the help from the other sales team members, Harvey and Sky, both properties were under offer within a couple of weeks. They were extremely pro active with the viewings and spot on when it came to giving regular updates and feedback when requested. Also experiencing the flip side when buying a property from these guys was just as enjoyable and stress free. The level of contact from all team members has been outstanding with no question to big or small. Today we exchanged on the sale and purchase of our property and this couldn't have happened without the efficient efforts by Sophie in sales progression. She managed the whole journey with professionalism and efficiency from start to end. Couldn't fault her. They have managed to get us a house we love and sell our properties with very little stress. Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. We sold our house with Move Revolution Nutfield, and the team provided excellent knowledge, advice, communication and commitment to us as clients. Having done my own in depth local market research beforehand, I interviewed 4 different local estate agents. Lydia was head and shoulders above the others, with straightforward, clear communication and superb speed at which she was able to move things forward for us. The whole team offered outstnading knowledge, experience and excellent management of the sale, which was invaluable to us as sellers. The price listed was accurate considering other similar properties in the area, and within 8 days we had received 12 offers (8 initial offers + 4 revised offers), with the final offer well above asking price. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen events, the buyer was unable to continue with the purchase close to the point of exchange, and we had to relist. However, this was done by the team within hours of the buyer pulling out, and within 5 days, we had 8 further offers, selling the house at an even higher price than the original buyer, thanks to the quick, proactive work carried out by Lydia, Harvey and Sky. Danielle in Sales progression offered fantastic, regular updates, moving things along with professionalism and pace, resulting in completion within 8 weeks. Finally, we wouldn't necessarily go with an estate agent recommended solicitor, however we did on this occasion and this had a significant impact on the very impressive speed at which we were able to complete. We couldn't be happier with Lydia and her team and we would recommend them to anyone who is considering selling their property.

WOW! I first called Move revolution as a competitor in Haywards Heath were asking to charge me what I thought was an unreasonably high fee so I called Move Revolution to check what their charges were. From the first call I was so impressed with how genuine, honest and supportive they were, clearly showing their experience. They offered to charge me a much more reasonable fee and so I had no hesitation to use them. When the sale was put in hand, I was supported by Danielle. At the time, the director said she was one of the best in the business and I couldn't agree more. She has been excellent and has chased all throughout the chain and saved me a lot of work. She has communicated the whole way through and just been very transparent. I have appreciated her honestly, never trying to pretend things are going better than they were, but explained the process fully on each stage we were at and how things would move forward. She has worked tirelessly on my sale and I have felt that I have been her only case to work which is far from the truth. That to me is a sign of an excellent sales coordinator.
