Selling a 3 bed semi

We would recommend Move Revolution. We bought through Move almost a decade ago, and chose to go with them again due to their enthusiasm for our property. We also found their rates were very competitive. We had our house on the market at a difficult time due to interest rate rises, and also had two sets of buyers pull out. Despite this, Lydia and Harvey worked tirelessly to get our house sold so we could move into our purchase. Sue has also been great at chasing the conveyancing process behind the scenes. We would choose Move again, and they worked really hard to sell our house quickly in a difficult market.

Brilliant service

I worked with the Nutfield MoveRevolution team twice over a few years to sell my family home. Every staff member impressed with their thoughtfulness and genuine desire to achieve the best outcome. Fantastic service

The entire experience with Move Revolution was fantastic from start to finish. At the valuation Dylan took a lot of time to explain how things worked and the reason for the valuation, he was extremely patient and informative. Once on the market Dylan and the team worked hard to secure viewings, provided weekly updates and were in regular contact. Sue progressed my sale and was absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t the smoothest sale (no fault of Move Revolution) but Sue was amazing. She was in regular contact with me and my Conveyancer, always one step ahead and it was reassuring knowing she was always on the case. From start to finish, Move Revolution made us feel valued as customers. I've spent over 13 years in the property industry, which has made me quite particular when it comes to selling my own home. Dylan's initial visit was refreshing and gave me confidence for things to come. Very honest about the lay of the land and best practices for our intro to the market. We were recommended Move Revolution to sell our house last year but decided to go with another agent. This was such a mistake! When our house didn’t sell we came back to Move Revolution. Damian was very personable and got the house sold in a short time and it was great being able to contact them 7 days a week. This means you get feedback from viewings very quickly. Following the sale of the house we were supported by Sue to get the process completed. This became lengthy and stressful (in no way due to Move Revolution). Sue went above and beyond her role, managing to get information from our buyers Solicitor that no-one else could. Sue was very friendly throughout the process and didn’t seem to mind the frequent phone calls I made to find out what was going on and to air my frustration. Sue was very sympathetic and friendly throughout and despite her busy job, was always up to date with our situation and I never had to repeat information. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing service

Move revolution were a breath of fresh air when we decided to use them to sell our house. Photos and brochure looked amazing and property was sold after 1 open day. The real value added service was provided by Sue who was responsible for co-ordinating the solicitors within the chain. The chain proved very problematic but Sue with her hard work and determination kept everything moving. Without her I don't think we would have moved by now! Always very pleasant and would assist with any issues we had during the sale. Would always provide updates before we asked and kept us up to speed in progress while managing our expectations. Would recommend - communication effective

Having initially viewed a house to buy through Damian and been impressed by his regular updates and communication I switched from my existing agent and placed my property with Daman to sell. He did this fairly swiftly. Viewings were well supported and planned with an update on who was viewing and any advice re the market, comparable properties and considerations re price. We went to MoveRevolution as they had sold a number of properties within our area and this proved a wise move as Damian was extremely knowledgeable and knew the market well to price the Flat at an achievable price. We had lots of viewings and sold the property within 2 weeks of it being listed. Damian was very flexible throughout and his close proximity to the town meant we could drop keys round in the evening and catch up outside of my day time working hours. The sales support was also great and we used a recommended solicitor (The Partnership) who were also excellent. I would recommend Damian and Move Revolution and we would look to use them again.
