Can’t recommend Move Revolution enough

Highly recommend Move Revolution! Lydia and Sue are amazing and were so supportive throughout our purchase. As first-time buyers we knew almost nothing about the process and Lydia and Sue were there to reassure us every step of the way. They chased the solicitors for us and were instrumental in ensuring we got the keys before the lease on our rental ran out. The Best I have ever dealt with

From the moment I met the Move Revolution Team, I wanted them to be the company that I bought my property from. Tom Campbell was fantastic as my initial agent who showed me around the property, knowledgeable and friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop when it came to making my offer. At no point was I put under any pressure or sold anything that wasn't true. Sue Peyton is a force of nature, I would love to handle all of my future purchases. She fought so hard to deliver a quick an efficient exchange. Her phone calls were always so informative and I felt like she really cared about my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. She is utterly brilliant at what she does and her persistence is so key when it comes to property purchases. As a first time buyer no question was deemed too silly and they both really held my hand throughout the entire process. Move revelations estate agency are wonderful to deal with. Sue, not only helped with us buying a property from them, but also helped us every step of the way with solicitors and other estate agents we was selling through. I wish I had also sold my property through them. Sue listened to me rant and cry on the phone and by email on matters that wasn’t even to do with their estate agents! Truly went 110% above and beyond what her job role entailed. Danielle was also very helpful, great communication, and always had a smile on her face when we viewed the property! Which we asked to do several times after we offered. They never once refused any of our requests. Great company to buy through and would certainly use them again if we needed to.

Very efficient and honest

Damian (agent) and Sue (sales progression) from MoveRevolution really got our house purchase moving. Outstanding service across the board.

As a first time buyer we had many unsuccessful attempts at trying to secure a home and was beginning to lose hope, until we were put in touch with move revolution. It started with finding a property online and wanting to view it ASAP! We put in an email enquiry and after liaising with Zak (on his way home at the time I believe) we had a viewing for the next day. We met Damian on site who presented the property to us in a professional manner and explained all we wanted to know without referring to documentation or notes. The next day we had our offer accepted, this is when Sue came into the equation. Sue has been nothing but professional and pleasant through every moment of this move, she is always available and if she is busy at the time of your call you have an almost instant call back. Sue was even replying and reading emails whilst on holiday! We had daily updates and both parties were kept in the know at every stage and hurdle! From start to finish I honestly couldn't fault Move Revolution! From the moment we requested to view a couple of properties, Damien was in touch instantly to get things booked in. He booked the viewings in to suit us and nothing was a problem. Once our offer got accepted we were passed over to Sue who would now be looking after us. I have one word to describe Sue....AMAZING!! If it wasn't for her I think I would have gone crazy. Every time I sent an email to ask a question or get an update she replied instantly. Always so helpful and I don't think we would have got to the finishing line as quickly as we did without her. She chased solicitors for us on a regular basis and was in touch all the time so we knew exactly what was going on. We were first time buyers so weren't completely familiar with certain situations etc, but she really did make everything go as smoothly as it could for us. Having dealt with a lot of agents while trying to look for a property I know there are some that are one down from useless, not Move Revolution. They are by far the best at keeping in touch with you and their customer service is 5*. When we eventually come to sell I know I will be going back to them and I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Zac, the sales manager at Move Revolution. Zac was professional at all times and was extremely helpful and informative. Although the new build houses we were interested in were all sold STC, we requested Zac to keep us updated with the status. He always kept us informed in a helpful and friendly manor and immediately contacted us when one of the plots became available again. This was perfect as we were going through a stressful time trying to find a property with a newborn baby at the same time.
