We decided to use Move revolution due to the lack of response from our current agents, first impression was good Damian listened rather than jump feet first which gave us a good feeling. once we started to work with Damian and Louise it became clear we had made the right choice as they are a very professional team. Damian was consistently in touch with progress reports and even helped when the house i was purchasing nearly fell through, we would certainly recommend using Damian and his team, their not your average estate agents. if we ever moved again we won;t need to think twice about who we would use. wonderful service!!!!

Just brilliant

We swapped to Move Revolution having had some trouble with another high street agent. We discovered them whilst viewing a property we wanted to buy and from the second we met her Louise has been utterly wonderful. She really cares about all of her clients and their circumstances and tries her best to take as much of the stress out of the process as possible by keeping the lines of communication totally open and honest which is incredibly refreshing. She has helped and supported us the entire way through our property search. She listened carefully to our needs and desires and ended up finding us the perfect property and alerted us the day it came on to the market. We felt that she was very considerate to both the seller and ourselves when dealing with offers. We have also sold our current house with Move Revolution and they have been brilliant dealing with that too. From the initial valuation to the fantastic photographs. Again, Ryan and Paul have been brilliant at communicating with us and hosting viewings and helped to get us the best possible price. Thank you so much. Excellent support and service throughout what can be a difficult process! We were recommended to Mathew at Move Revolution by our mortgage advisor on the sale of our first home- a one bed flat in Haywards Heath and we were not disappointed. Move Revolution in general provides a service that we valued which offers long hours and weekends making it ideal for working people. Mathew and his team were always very responsive to any queries we had throughout the whole process. From the marketing of the property, which uses professional photography as standard (really lovely images!) and making organizing viewings a breeze (instead of going back and forth to organize a time they have a streamlined process but would change timings if it were an inconvenience to you) we had about 10 viewings the first week and accepted the offer that we aimed to get. Many high street estate agents will aim to cut costs by cramming in a bunch of appointments on an open day and provide a very junior agent to show properties which in our experience are unenthusiastic and often lack an in-depth knowledge about each property. Our experience with Move Revolution was very different and ensured that we had Mathew- a very experienced estate agent- show the property and able to answer potential buyers' questions about the specifics and the benefits of our flat. We found Move Revolution to also be very accommodating of potential buyers' schedules and flexible with booking viewings. Some estate agents will actually refuse to show a potential buyer a property unless you see their mortgage advisor and only then offer you a viewing as part of a mass Saturday appointment- we would have been appalled if any estate agent working for us actually turned away potential buyers but having now gone through two experiences purchasing a property we can say that indeed this is quite common! Mathew and his team worked tirelessly to liaise between our solicitors, the buyers solicitors, the estate agents who were managing our purchase and our sellers solicitors to iron out any issues that came up in the exchange of contracts (and if you have been through this process you know that issues will come up). It takes an invested and proactive team to actually push for answers and resolve issues as often the client is left in the dark not knowing what the hold up is! We would recommend Move Revolution to friends and family and anyone interested in buying or selling a property in West Sussex!

I had a number of valuations but was drawn to Move Revolution by their extended hours and promise of a personal, proactive approach. They exceeded my expectations and nothing was too much trouble throughout the process. My flat sold quickly and for a great price. Outstanding service across the board.

As a first time buyer we had many unsuccessful attempts at trying to secure a home and was beginning to lose hope, until we were put in touch with move revolution. It started with finding a property online and wanting to view it ASAP! We put in an email enquiry and after liaising with Zak (on his way home at the time I believe) we had a viewing for the next day. We met Damian on site who presented the property to us in a professional manner and explained all we wanted to know without referring to documentation or notes. The next day we had our offer accepted, this is when Sue came into the equation. Sue has been nothing but professional and pleasant through every moment of this move, she is always available and if she is busy at the time of your call you have an almost instant call back. Move revolution were a pleasure to deal with. Damian was our agent and always pleasant, polite and listened to what we wanted. He sold our house within a few days after taking over from another agent who had been poor.. Sarah and Sue (Crawley) took over after the sale was agreed and were fantastic. Sarah was in charge overall of our case, and if she wasn't available, Sue was always there to pick up and suitably knowledgeable about our case. We had a long and complicated chain, including one seller without an agent. She was constantly picking up the phone and chasing, We had some huge issues within the chain during the process and I genuinely feel that without the help of Sarah in particular, (as well as Sue and Damian when required), that the sale and purchase would have fallen through a few times. A great set up and a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A pleasant change from the many agents we have come into contact with over the two years we were searching for a new home. I am also reviewing them from a buyer's perspective, as we looked at a few properties with them before deciding to sell through them and I was always impressed how Damian handled each viewing. I really felt like he was working for us as well, not just for the vendors. I was impressed how he never said anything regarding the houses we were viewing that I would have been unhappy with if I were the seller. 5* Service from start to finish!

From start to finish I honestly couldn't fault Move Revolution! From the moment we requested to view a couple of properties, Damien was in touch instantly to get things booked in. He booked the viewings in to suit us and nothing was a problem. Once our offer got accepted we were passed over to Sue who would now be looking after us. I have one word to describe Sue....AMAZING!! If it wasn't for her I think I would have gone crazy. Every time I sent an email to ask a question or get an update she replied instantly. Always so helpful and I don't think we would have got to the finishing line as quickly as we did without her. She chased solicitors for us on a regular basis and was in touch all the time so we knew exactly what was going on. We were first time buyers so weren't completely familiar with certain situations etc, but she really did make everything go as smoothly as it could for us. Having dealt with a lot of agents while trying to look for a property I know there are some that are one down from useless, not Move Revolution. They are by far the best at keeping in touch with you and their customer service is 5*. When we eventually come to sell I know I will be going back to them and I will be recommending their services to all my friends and family.

We have been really impressed and pleased with the service Sue, Paul and Ryan at Move Revolution delivered us. First of all Paul came round a gave us what we felt was the right valuation and then proceeded to get it on market with professional photos. Definitely something which I think all agents should do to showcase your home in the best way. We then had a successful open day (where our buyer went over the asking price), at which point we were passed over to Sue to manage us through the sale process. Sue was fantastic. So much experience and very proactive. Moving house can be exhausting as so many things can change even when you feel confident it will all go through.
