Brilliant the whole way through

We sold our house through Move Revolution after discovering them whilst viewing a property they were marketing. In the end we did end up buying through them as well. We had a few difficulties with flakey buyers and a slightly Volatile chain but Move Revolution were brilliant throughout. When our sale fell through they re sold it again within a few days. They then handled us and our buyers brilliantly whilst waiting for the chain at the top to complete. The way Sue progressed the sale to exchange was fantastic. Always keeping us informed as to what was going on and applying pressure to the other estate agents in the chain to get things moving. She handled tricky situations with brilliant diplomacy and was brilliantly helpful at every turn. I can't recommend Move Revolution enough for both buying from and selling with and we are very grateful for their help.

Sale of family home

Not the easiest house to sell but Move Revolution sold it as the second and final agent instructed. Although it took almost a year selling the property - that seemed the easiest stage! It took a long 6 months to get the property from offer accepted to exchange of contracts what with chains collapsing just before exchanging contracts before Christmas etc and I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for Sue. Communication was the key and every step of the way was discussed throughout the whole process. With weekly sometimes even daily calls, emails going backwards and forwards nothing was ever too much trouble. If we were told Sue would get back to us by the end of the day she would without fail. We always knew exactly where we stood. Selling and moving homes is certainly one of the most stressful things people go through but with the help of Sue it was a lot easier. She is worth her weight in gold I couldn't recommend her high enough! Thankyou !!!

Couldn't ask for a better service!

WE had such luck finding Louise at Move Revolution. The whole process has been super smooth from day one! She was really interested in us and our situation, and took the time to get to know our house. She has a great eye for detail, and ensures that follows through to each potential buyer. The images of the house were much better then any previous agent, and they really helped sell our house so quickly.. We went on the market on a Friday and the house was sold on the Monday... could not be happier!!

Not Like Other Agents

Professional yet approachable and very reassuring.

Selling our house was a big decision for us, it's a house full of lovely memories of children growing up and of our grandchildren and other family feeling equally as at home here. Zac understood that, he seemed to intuitively know what an important decision this was for us and made the whole process so easy. I initially had in mind another estate agent to sell our house - and then Zac walked through the door and within two minutes I knew he was the right agent for us. We asked Hannah to find us two tenants for two of our flats. This was a difficult time of year over the Christmas holiday and both properties were in need of refurbishment as previous tenants had left both properties in a very sad condition. We met Damian and from the get go it was a positive and friendly welcome, they have a very professional style yet not pushy like many others, everyone in the office worked hard and got round many obstacles that they may come across. Nice and simple

We sold our apartment with Move Revolution & the whole process was made as painless as possible. Chris came & valued the property & within a few days photos were taken, viewings were booked in with Damian & the property was sold for the full asking price in less that a week. It was all very quick & simple and we were incredibly impressed with the photographer who managed to capture the uniqueness of the apartment which we have no doubt led to the high number of viewings the moment it went live online. Big move after 28 years

The last time we moved there was no internet and the only route to market ws via the local paper. Role forward 28 years and it's all a little different now. We opted for Move Revolution having worked with them over a flat purchase a year before. They were so efficient, we though we would give them ago a our six bedroom property in Redhill. Three staff were involved (one at a time, clearly) in arranging viewings and showing people around the property and within a very short period we had a number of interested parties. All negotiations were handle by the Move Rev team and an offer was accepted within three months. The company seems fairly new and clearly don't have that 'estate agent' attitude.. All throughout the process everyone involved (including the amazing Sue) were efficient and highly professional. The only downside for us is they were not the agents for the house we were buying. If asked, this is the first time I would score an estate agent 10 out of 10.
