As a first time buyer you step into the propert world without having much experience and knowledge of what’s to come. However everybody at Move revolution, including Sue and Louise have been so welcoming and always happy to answer any questions. We were led to believe by other people that the process of buying a house can take from 6months to a year, it took us just 3 months, and that was because of the relationship our estate agent had with our solicitor, and the constant updates given to us about our progress and our sellers. I would recommend Move Revolution to anybody who asked me.

In a challenging market, Move Revolution succeeded in providing a steady stream of viewings where we had previously suffered with a very poor service and lack of viewings elsewhere.
Although we ended-up selling lower than we had initially listed at and much slower than we would have hoped, this was indicative of the market and Move Revolution's ability to maintain fresh interest and in particular, their attentive post-sale progression helped get us our sale and into our onward purchase.

Move Revolution made themselves known to us once we started construction on site. We had another agent already appointed and so took Move Revolution on a joint agency basis alongside the other agency. It was the best decision we made. We had 2 new build and 2 period conversions, so a variety of styles and types of properties to sell.
As the title points out, Move Revolution smashed it! They sold all 4 properties, vastly outperforming the other agents.
What's more, we achieved above asking price on 3 of the 4 units during what is probably the most difficult market in which to sell properties in the last 10 years.
Sam, Louise and the rest of the team think outside the box, go the extra mile and did a fantastic job and we have been singing their praises and making referrals to them ever since.

GoogleI used Move Revolution for my house sale in Reigate in 2013 - their service was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the process, and the final negotiations with our buyer all went smoothly. The photography was very high quality which was important to me as a photographer! They managed all the viewings which meant I didn't have to be present, and they managed to get a large number of viewings in very quickly which resulted in a timely sale. This helped us secure the home we wanted to buy as we were in a strong position to proceed. Any concerns about them not having a high street presence were completely redundant as the high level of customer service and online presence both overcame this. Overall, I highly recommend Move Revolution if you are looking to sell in the Reigate area.

We got 4 different companies to come give a valuation and Damian provided the most detailed comparison work, plus the most informed advise on the current local sales situation. Communication was excellent. Our house sold in a matter of days, and we laughed as the ‘for sale’ board wasn’t even up.

I registered with Damian at Move Revolution with some specific requirements. He listened and understood what I would and wouldn’t compromise on and so when he rung me with a property that he said matched my needs I knew that it would. He gave me great advice on how to secure the property whilst always working in his clients interests and would call me or take calls late into the evening and on Sundays.
Sue managed the sale once all agreed and she was always a pleasure to talk to. Again she gave me great advice on surveyors etc and also appreciated that it wasn’t always possible for me to take calls so would follow up with a clear email so I knew where things were. I genuinely believe Sue and Damian care about helping people move and work in a proactive and friendly way whilst getting the job done!
