Helen Moore and her team handled the sale of our property in Plymouth, she was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic throughout. She contacted us through email and WhatsApp to keep us fully informed at all stages of the proceedings. In the event of any confusion or misunderstanding, she calmly explained everything and put our minds at rest. We were not in a chain and the whole process went through very quickly and smoothly. This was particularly important to us as we live abroad and needed trust and peace of mind. We would highly recommend Helen and her associates/team for their first-class service and total professionalism.

5* isn't a high enough rating for the service we received from Helen. Helen offered a lot more flexibility for viewings than chain estate agents and as a buyer that was really helpful when organising around mine and my husbands contrasting work schedules. Helen was prompt in her replies via email and text, never leaving us waiting for long. During the viewings themselves, Helen was extremely informative, allowed us to take our time unlike other estate agents we've viewed with, and was very friendly. House viewings with 3 young children are extremely challenging, but Helen was very understanding and even acted as a human stairgate, knowing the challenges of being a parent herself. We recommend Helen a million times over to annoying looking to buy or sell! Many thanks once again Helen from The Hopkins.

I would totally recommend Helen and her team!! I live in California, i needed to sell my father house in England. A real estate friend here was able to access professional recommendations. From this she recommended Helen. Right from my first email Helen was amazing! She and her staff were quick to respond, knowledgeable and throughly nice people. She sold my fathers house the first weekend and then worked with me through the offers. She gave us great advice and always follow through with negotiations with the buyers. Helen and her team worked well with the difficult solicitors appointed as my father executors. Can’t speak highly enough of Helen and her colleague Julie. The property we were selling was photographed, advertised and viewings arranged in a timely and professional manner. We quickly had a buyer, however the sale ultimately fell through, despite Helen and Julie’s frequent contact with the buyer, a sign of the times unfortunately, in 2022. We've been living very happily in our new home for two months now, which, without the commitment, professionalism and support from Helen would not have been the case. We were relocating from over 250 miles away which made viewings tricky and exhausting but she would always find a way to fit them in around our limited timeframes. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to help find the right home for us. Helen would always be prompt at answering and responding to our calls and emails as well as facilitating a number of second viewings to a number of properties as my husband and I couldn't view them together due to having a young toddler. Helen is a fantastic estate agent and not like any other agent we’ve worked with. We recently purchased a property being sold by Helen and the conveyancing process revealed a few complex and rather stressful issues that at times nearly jeopardised our purchase.
