I can honestly say I’m not your typical buyer, and I appreciate the journey I’ve been on. From the very beginning, Kelly was incredibly helpful. She consistently kept me in the loop about where we were in the process, and her openness made a huge difference for me. Helen was professional, honest and open from the start. Giving good sound advise -even when we thought we knew better . She sold our house and found us another to buy. The process was long and bumpy ( not due to ANY fault of theirs= due to issues lower down the chain - which Helen had suspected from the out set) However we got there in the end. Both Helen and Julie were wonderful at keeping in touch . Even when we and they were on holiday. They certainly earned their commission on this sale . We purchased our home through Helen this year and were really impressed by her manner, she is friendly, honest and straightforward which we really appreciated. We then dealt with Helen's colleague Julie who managed the progression of the sale. Even though we weren't clients of Helen, Julie kept us up to date with key information throughout and when our own estate regents had to close their business, Julie stepped in to support us and her client through the sale and went the extra mile to ensure that the process was as efficient as possible.
