I contacted Helen needing help to sell my house. As my husband is disabled, I was in need of guidance & reassurance. Within 2 days it was on the market & the viewings kept coming. Myself and my wife used Helen to sell our house as we were looking for a bigger property due having our second child due. Helen came to our house and was very pleasant and easy to get along with. She listened and understood exactly what we were after. Helen kept in touch regularly with updates on how things were going and managed to sell our house in just a week of it being on the market after taking viewing appointments for us and emailing us with all appointments booked. We've been living very happily in our new home for two months now, which, without the commitment, professionalism and support from Helen would not have been the case. We were relocating from over 250 miles away which made viewings tricky and exhausting but she would always find a way to fit them in around our limited timeframes. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to help find the right home for us. Helen would always be prompt at answering and responding to our calls and emails as well as facilitating a number of second viewings to a number of properties as my husband and I couldn't view them together due to having a young toddler. As first time buyers she made the process as easy and enjoyable as it possibly could have been and we are incredibly grateful. If the time comes to move on from here in the future then we will definitely be giving her a call.

Helen is a fantastic estate agent and not like any other agent we’ve worked with. We recently purchased a property being sold by Helen and the conveyancing process revealed a few complex and rather stressful issues that at times nearly jeopardised our purchase.
