I have been associated to Paul Meakin for approximately 15 years, during this time they have acted on my behalf as rental manager for my property and bought and sold properties both for myself and my family. As a landlord I can surely confirm that the service provided by Paul Meakin and in particular their letting manager Mrs Allison Banks service has been outstanding.Over the years I have had to deal with all the ups and downs of renting property from delays in rent to urgent maintain issues to taking legal action against a tenent who refused to pay rent or vacate my property. In terms of maintance issues PM have a competitive service and fast which I have found invaluable over the years, I as resolution of any problem is only a phone call away. I have found staff at PM very helpful and knowlegible the service provided by Alison in going through the eviction process and the advice given by her and other members of staff, for me relived some of the stress from what was a very stressful time for me and in genaral I have come to depend on rental advice provided by PM with Mrs Banks usually being my first port of call. I would have no hesitation in recomending PM to anyone regards property related matters. Their award for being the best Estate Agency for several years running is also testiment to that and thourghly deserved.

We recently worked with Paul Meakin on the sale of a property and purchase of another. We came to the Selsdon office having being extremely disappointed with the service from another local agent in the Forestdale area. The difference after moving to PM was palpable. Staff were courteous and professional throughout, always available (by both phone and email) and notably worked very hard to get our sale over the line at a price we were extremely pleased with. Commission rates were also substantially lower than the competitor agent.Amy (Selsdon branch) was brilliant to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Excellent chain progression.

Not many estate agents seem to have a member of staff dedicated to progressing sales these days, but, in a world of hybrid agents like Purple Bricks, having someone like Gill to move things along is vital. I was super impressed with how my own particularly challenging chain was dealt with by Paul Meakin's Gill. Throughout my flat purchase, the team at Paul Meakin were so helpful and supportive. If I had any queries or requests, they always got back to me and were very accommodating. I didn’t have an easy process as there were a lot of delays in being able to exchange (9 months for a no chain sale!) Selling during lockdown

Can not speak highly enough of the service that the team at Paul Meakins have provided. Over an almost two year period they have provided support and encouragement alongside a completely professional service during an unduly difficult sale. They always responded to phone calls or emails immediately where possible or within hours if not. After lockdown was imposed 24 hours before completion we lost a buyer without any warning. They worked through the lock down finding another buyer and then supervised the transaction through what I suspect was more than it’s fair share of stressful moments. Most of our dealings were with Sam, Natalie and Gill but every member of the team was professional and supportive.

Very helpful and great to work with during the covid outbreak. They ensured I had a smooth transaction and was readily available to answer my queries as a first time buyer.Very easy to contact, me and Emma used Whatsapp to discuss the house purchase. So there was no need to phone them for important queries which is preference of mine. Highly recommended if you plan to buy from them.In most cases they gave me updates quicker than my solicitor which was appreciated as Covid delayed the process.
