Dealing with the sale of a family home…

Dealing with the sale of a family home when your parent's have passed away is never going to be easy. Sam, Gill, Natalie and the team in Selsdon have been brilliant from first instruction, counselling on market and subsequently assisting throughout the purchase with access as our remaining family don't live in the area now. Altogether a great experience which made the process easier to deal with.

Amelia is great agent to deal with!

Amelia was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. She was on time for the showing, answered our questions and was very gracious at showing us around. She was knowledgable about the house and the area. This was seriously the best experience I have had with a real estate agent that I can remember.

A great professional service

How refreshing to do business with such a professional and yet friendly group of people. I mainly dealt with Gill, Amy and Sam but all the team were fantastic in what was an extremely complex and time consuming process. I had nothing but help and support all the way through and would have no hesitation in recommending Paul Meakin. I wish the whole team nothing but success.

Great service

We first encountered Paul Meakin some years ago when we bought our flat with a view to letting it out. Based on this experience we were confident in using them to assist us in selecting suitable tenants. Allison and her team have been very efficient in the management of the tenancy and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Finding Buyers in a Lockdown

I guess if the test is being able to find buyers of a house in a nationwide lockdown before the stamp duty holiday runs out then Paul Meakin showed what they can do. Outstanding reach into the market, first class communications and simply a pleasure to work with. Just could not have asked for anything more - great job Sam and the team !

Awesome team!! We have just survived the worst possible house purchase .Every possible obstacle was thrown at us . It's taken 6 months , and without Sam and Gill's tenacious attitude we would not now be living in our dream home. I cannot speak more highly about them . To all the team , thank you .

Amelia is one of the best estate agents…

Amelia is one of the best estate agents we have ever come across, and we are on our third home! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My wife was delayed due to feeling unwell, so it was lovely that it was no bother for her to give us extra time for the viewing.

A happy customer

Sam and her team were fantastic. They did their very best to find us a serious buyer in the end and handled everything professionally. I would have given 5 ☆ if it weren't for a couple of minor inconveniences that were caused, but nevertheless I am pleased and satisfied with the work they put in. Thank you!

Paul Meakin

I appointed Paul Meakin as the agent for my rental property a couple of years ago and the whole process was smooth from valuation to finding a tenant. Allison Banks and her team took the time to expIain all the services they offered and gave helpful advice - I would happily recommend them to others.

We were very happy with the service we…

We were very happy with the service we received from Emma Charlotte and the team at their Mitchley Avenue branch. It felt to us like ours was a very long and complicated chain that caused much uncertainty for us and the team, but Emma and charlotte were very good at moving things on in a diplomatic manner when needed. Highly recommended, will use again.

All ladies at Paul Meakin are very lovely and professional, very helpful in every way from start to finish of the process. I definitely would recommend anyone using this agency. As you will know what stages you are at with conveyancing as the Paul Meakin staff are very knowledgeable in this area of work. All ladies at Paul Meakin deserve a bonus for their assistance provided from start to finish, especially as I have been their client, and my health not been very well for some time, but this agency went the extra mile to achieve my dream home, therefore I have rated for this reason a 5 star rating. Thank you to all at Paul Meakin. Liz

Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent from start to finish. Sandra valued house and got it on the market. Gill kept us informed all the way through, going over and above the call of duty, not only chasing up solicitors, but everyone else’s solicitors and house agents, making sure we were all on the same page as the moving date got closer. We would highly recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents.
