All of the staff were helpful & knowledgable and for a change from business today, phones & emails were answered promptly, this reduces the stress of moving a lot. Would highly recommend if you need professional help in securing a flat for the over 55s if they are available in your area.

I recently rented a retirement flat from My Future living for my in-laws and received an excellent service. We spoke to a number of staff about their move and all professional and pleasant. Our queries and questions were answered fully and promptly and a minor problem that we had with the flat was sorted out to our satisfaction before move-in day. The flat itself was to a high standard and represented good value for money.

Continuing problem with bathroom. No water to the bathroom which means no shower, scalding water in the basin and unable to flush the lavatory. Reported, this time, 7 days ago and still no response. In all this has been going on for about a year. No point phoning as I only get fobbed off.

Reliable and honest. From my experiences so far (the renting procedure and my first week) this company seem genuine and care about their tenants welfare, not something that all landlords do these days unfortunately. The staff have been a pleasure to deal with and have even spotted an over-payment I made. How refreshing! I would recommend renting from them very highly based on my experiences so far.

Same problem, different month. Nothing but problems with the bathroom, in spite of 8 visits by plumbers sent by mfl in the last 12 months water is scalding hot and buckets needed to flush the lavatory. I reported the lavatory a week ago, not fixed and no word from mfl

Deirdre first port of call and guilding skills lead me through the process very honest and streight forword a brillant never gave me any false lnformation lady. Then moved on to louise a true profssional and very careing efficent lady.lt was such a relief to deal with people who new there job after 7 months of local so called letting agents Keep up the good work
