GoogleI've used Xact Solihull and Knowle for several years, both for renting out my property and later for selling it, and I can't fault the staff at either branch. The teams at both locations have been incredibly helpful and personable. While some other agents may charge substantially higher fees if you hunter around, I don't see how their services would justify the extra costs. Wouldn't consider waste time on alternatives. Thank you

GoogleFantastic service. We initially chose Xact because it was the most competitively priced so we were not expecting the high level of service we have received. Xact are a great team who have been brilliant from beginning to end of the sales process. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

GoogleCan’t view any houses unless sold. If you’re a seller. Remember you’re limiting your options with only showing those that have sold. Loosing out on getting better offers. With interest rates at 6%. They should be more open to showing sellers who need to sell. Serious buyers missing out. Consider using another agent if your house is sitting on the market for months. Customer service is poor too. More of a Asda in the estate agent world!
